Amazing quality and beautiful design
Amazing quality and beautiful design. One model was too small for me but the exchange policy is super easy so I swamped it for one size up free of charge and it was perfect. Absolutely recommend.

Ordered two pairs of boots (order M11181, December 2025). The black ankle boots (DX2215) arrived with a defective zipper that unzips on its own while walking — unwearable. Contacted Metisse twice by email with photos. No reply. Very disappointing experience.
