Everything has come really fast is easy to use and smells great. I just haven't seen any change in my hair yet.

I have been using MDHair for only 3 weeks but the products arrived in a timely manner. I am not seeing any change yet, but that is to be expected.

I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I can definitely see my hair getting fuller.

if I could give no stars i would. firstly thought I try this out so filled in the details to get a plan. gave me a plan with multiple items in. when the parcel arrived all that was in it was a few tablets and a small sachet of collagen. not all the other stuff that was promised as the package. then I saw i had been signed up for a subscription which doesn't get mentioned until you have made first payment. £60 for a few tablets and 1 dose of collagen absolute scamming f#ckers. I just hope this will let people know what these people are about and also women be careful because they have another name they go by for womens products.

Really good shampoo! It cleans my hair well and overall, I'm happy with the results. The only downside is that it leaves my scalp feeling a little dry. Other than that, it's a great product and I would recommend it!

ONE STAR — BUYER BEWARE! Nearly $85 in Unexpected Charges and a Month-Long Delivery Nightmare

I would NEVER recommend MDhair. My experience with this company has been absolutely atrocious.

After spending approximately $400 on their products, I waited nearly FOUR WEEKS for delivery, with inadequate tracking information and poor communication throughout the process.

Then, after all that waiting, I discovered I was expected to pay an additional $84.54 just to receive my order!

Are you kidding me?

That is nearly $100 in additional charges on a product I had already paid hundreds of dollars for.

NOWHERE during my checkout process was I clearly informed that I would be responsible for these additional charges. Had I known, I would NEVER have purchased the products in the first place.

Whether these charges are for shipping, customs, brokerage, or import fees is beside the point. Customers deserve to know about potential additional costs BEFORE they hand over their credit card information.

To make matters worse, after nearly a month of waiting, I was expected to collect the package and pay even more money. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have not even been able to try the products, so I cannot comment on whether they work. Frankly, after this experience, I have no interest in finding out.

I am now demanding a full refund and that the company arrange to have the product returned at its own expense. I will not be paying another cent.

My advice? BUYER BEWARE.

Before purchasing anything from MDhair, make absolutely certain you understand every potential charge, the delivery timeline, and the refund conditions.

I would never purchase from this company again. The shipping experience, unexpected costs, and customer service have been beyond disappointing.

ONE STAR. I would give ZERO if I could.

They charged me and my product never arrived and showed it was returned to them. Be very cautious of this company. They have no phone contact so you can never speak to anyone if you have an issue. I have been emailing over and over and no responses. They took my money and it was $245! Don't order from them.

My Sister sent me my first box of the shampoo, hair serum and the collagen. Absolutely love it. Shampoo leaves my hair silky smooth and the hair serum is very effective. The collagen has even taken my nails to the next level. I already ordered my second set. Run don’t walk to get your products. Can’t believe I forgot to mention the vitamins. They are great! Order right away!!!

If I could give a negative 10 I would. They charged me for two deliveries within a few days. I contact customer service and they told me it was reactivated. How does that happen. Not a good company so not use.

I am using the regrowth shampoo and the minoxil 2% more than a year and I see a little progress in regrowth of hair so I will keep on using it

Great marketing, packaging and hopefully a great product.

Professional website, easy portal to change orders or delivery dates, good presentation and easy use of products, reasonable price.. early days yet (just over a month) so can’t vouch for efficacy, hence 4 stars

I absolutely loved the products! I started seeing results by the second week of using the full treatment. I had tried everything, but nothing else had worked. Today, I’m so happy because when I brush my hair, it no longer ends up all over the brush—and best of all, my hair is growing back in the spots where I had lost it! I feel like a truly happy woman. Thank you for such wonderful products!

I'm 2 weeks into this treatment. Hair seems to be getting a little thicker.

WARNING: £59 trial turned into an unexpected £136 subscription charge

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with MDhair.

I originally purchased a £59 trial because I wanted to try their hair products. I did not realise I was entering an ongoing subscription that would result in another £136 being taken from my bank account.

When I discovered the charge, I immediately tried to stop it. Finding how to cancel the subscription was unnecessarily difficult, and I eventually managed to cancel it myself.

I then contacted customer service to stop the unwanted delivery and request a full refund.

Instead of resolving the problem, I received generic responses, explanations of their subscription policy and instructions directing me towards a complicated international returns process.

I am based in the UK, and their policy appears to require customers to obtain return authorisation and potentially pay to send unwanted products all the way to the USA.

I am also working away from home, so I cannot arrange to receive an unexpected delivery.

What makes this especially frustrating is the potential timeline. The products could take weeks to arrive, then I may have to pay international return postage and wait further weeks for my refund.

How can a company take £136 so quickly, yet make recovering that money so complicated, expensive and time-consuming?

I have already cancelled my subscription and formally requested a refund. At the time of writing, my refund has not been approved, and I have not been provided with a prepaid return label.

In my experience, signing up was far easier than cancelling or obtaining a refund.

I strongly advise anyone considering MDhair to read the subscription renewal terms, recurring charges and international returns policy extremely carefully before purchasing.

I will update this review if the company resolves my complaint fairly.

Only been using the products for 3 weeks so I haven't noticed much of a change. However my hair feels a bit thicker - less wispy thin. The serum doesn't leave a residue.

So far I would give it a 5. The products arrived quickly. I have started the supplements, but am finishing another shampoo and serum at the moment and then will start with the MDhair shampoo, conditioner and serum.
