⚠️ DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. ITS FRAUD. I bought two bras, and then they manipulate you to buy something else (TUMMY CONTROL) to add into your purchase. If you go to "look at it" it glitches and automatically goes into your cart and purchases it at the size it selected (which was an XS). No way to edit it, because by looking at item, you just purchased. Im a larger woman, big boobs, chubby. First they didnt look like what they advertised at all, second the bras they sent are probably size B cup size and need DDD. Purchase goes thru and then another 39.97 gets deducted from bank account that I do not authorize, a week later. You cannot get ahold of anyone. No phone number. The email that's provided on site, I keep getting mail delivery fail 4x now. Im at a loss. Im going to have to go to my bank and get a new card and now I have no way to get about 100 dollars back. Im out that 100. Because this company is FRAUD SCAMMERS!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Read your reviews!!!

Warning!

I ordered 1 bra @ $9.95 and $4.95 shipping, and chose an 'upsell' bra at $4.95. Same time, one order. Total should have been approximately $20 US.

They created 2 separate orders and charged me $44.36 USD - charged me $14.95 (not $4.95 as listed) for shipping twice. When I questioned this, they said they ship separately, so that the products arrive safely. It was just two bras, from the same order! They arrived in one bag! But they charged me for shipping twice, and the costs listed when I ordered were not what I was charged.

I have tried calling, emailing, filling out their 'contact forms' with all required info many time since August 8.

One employee (only time I successfully had a conversation, and wasn't cut off or hung up on) said the finance team would get back to me in a few days to deal with the 50% refund I was promised in writing by another employee. That conversation was on August 19th. Never happened. It is now September 3.

Now, there is no way to even get through by phone. Just rings and rings and other times I get a beeping noise.

NOTE - There was also a random, fraudulent charge for $55.17 on my card on August 18th. Completely unrelated to the order I had placed 10 days before. The one agent who spoke to me did reverse that charge, luckily. No explanation of where that charge came from or why it was there.

Have heard nothing else about the 50% refund since then, despite many attempts to contact the company.

Unfortunately, the bras are much smaller than listed in the measurement guide.

Terrible service, fraudulent charges, and a complete lack of support from the company.

I have waited almost a month to leave a review, as I like to give a chance for a company to make it right before posting anything negative. At this point, however, I feel that it is only fair to warn other consumers so that they don't end up in the same situation.

It is not too much to ask for a company to treat their customers with fairness, respect, and honesty.

My advice would be to avoid dealing with this company under any circumstances.

I strongly recommend that customers think twice before purchasing from Magicswear.

I made a purchase from this company and, unfortunately, I provided my card information in good faith. I later discovered that my credit card had been charged without my authorization and without me making a new purchase.

I am extremely disappointed and regret having trusted this company with my financial information. I believe customers should be aware of this experience before deciding to purchase from Magicswear.

Please be very careful when providing your credit card information to this company and check your statements carefully for any unexpected charges.

I am sharing my experience simply to make other customers aware and encourage them to exercise caution.

Website is designed to trick you into purchasing more items than intended. Also, actual product (bra) shipped is TRASH! Item shipped is NOT the product advertised. These folks are scam artists and will not give refunds.

If I can I would give 0. They charge me more and send poor quality small bra. This is such a Fraud .And they never respond on emails.DO NOT BUY.

They lied about price. I cancelled the orders and they said they’d refund me. After several follow ups they have not refunded either order and just charged me again!

They charge me twice and refused to cancel my order as per thier policy.

Just like everybody else, that's already written something I thought I did my research, and I guess I didn't. The website shows that they have four point nine. Good reviews when I got my bra. In, they literally are probably a bcup, and I am a DD. I've tried reach it out to somebody, but no one's responded back. I have disputed the charges with my credit card and i'm gonna be sending over this screenshots of the website showing how they are fraudulent website

Would give absolutely no stars, they sent me things so small it was ridiculous, I asked for a size 2xl it was something that would fit a doll. I was told id be refunded. No number to call they only email. After two months of attempting a refund they blocked my email!! Do not order anything

This is such a disappointment! It looks like a training bra! I ordered a size 4X. This company needs to stop lying to customers. Now I'm going to request a full refund.

The product was not as advertised. The models showed how to wear the undergarment in the larger women's size, but the product I received was way too small to fit a large-sizedbra for an endowed woman. I asked for a refund, but it was refused. They finally offered me a 50 percent credit after a restocking fee, even though they were not requesting the product back. No refund has been received as of yet, and it's been a month since their last email. Buyer beware, do not buy their products that are not fit to size.

I was charged for a bra that was completely different from the one that I received. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody will answer back and they charged me a "membership" fee that I did not authorize. I am going to cancel my card and request a new one. I have requested my money back but so far no reply. Save your money, don't buy from Magicwear.

The quality and design is not what was advertised. The bras are horrible.

This company is A scam!!! I was overcharged! I cancelled my order within minutes of ordering and after 11 days I still do not have,my refund. Now they have blocked my email. I'm turning them into Better Business Bureau today. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

These folks need to be stopped. I ordered 3 items, which were 4 sizes smaller and didn't fit. They look like training bras. I was charged 3 times for my order. Serves me right for buying off Facebook. Never again. Terrible scam company.

If I could rate 0 stars I would . When I was interested in ordering bras page came up to review order which I selected . That instantly placed the order did not review the order . I instantly checked my credit card and found I was instantly bill in U.S dollars .No mention that I was on a U. S. Site . I instantly tried to cancel my order which took numerous emails and weeks before recieving a refund then weeks later after order was cancelled they charged for a VIP membership for over 58$. A membership into a company that I cancelled an order from minutes after it was made . It is almost 2 months and still have not been refunded . Credit card dispute is in process due to this company’ sun ethical and fraudulent way of doing business.

Ordered 2 bras they were nothing like the site charged me double they said when I contacted them the would refund me 50% that was 3 months ago and still no refund they keep saying it left their company on the 1st of July and it must be my bank contacted my bank and no money they are scammers

Two things: they upsold and checkout and charged double for shipping when all three bras were in the same bag.
Secondly, I have big boobs. 40E. According to their sizing that equates to 2x. I ordered both 2x and 3x. The bras that came would fit a ten year old flat chested kid. The cups look AA. Totally unusable product unless I need an eye patch one day. My hard earned money blown on the promise of a comfy bra :(

I ordered a bra but it came in the wrong size and the tags didn't match the size. I emailed them and they informed me that I could only get a discount on a future order. I pushed back and they said they would get back to me, but have not.This place is a scam, I have since found out. Do not buy from them please.

Absolute nightmare!! Not just the product arriving in the poorest quality, but after discussing with the company and promised half refund ,I received nothing... scammers, I can't see them any other way,don't buy anything from them !!!
