Delivery only after dispute raised with PayPal
Ordered a Skandika wooden rowing machine. It took 5 weeks to be delivered and communication was very poor. Emails asking for estimated delivery dates or courier tracking numbers were ignored or unanswered. Only after raising a dispute with PayPal did they take any action and the rowing machine was then delivered a few days later. The rowing machine itself is excellent but I would think twice before ordering through Max Trader again and only if using a buyer protection system like PayPal.

We are really sorry that the delivery procedure with the spedition company, which needed to be used due to this being a laarger item, was not going smooth due to a technical error in our automated dispatch system. Then on top of this your customer service mail was misrouted so you did not receive a reply in due time. We tried to call you to rectify the situation and apologize. Avoid like the Plague.
You will find this Charlatan on Ebay, Amazon and no doubt quite a few other websites. This Charlatan uses Ups delivery service and we all know in the UK how bad the Company Ups are don't we folks. I spent four working days waiting in all day up to 7pm at night for two separate deliveries from this Charlatan. One of the items turned up already used and defected yet refused me a refund but in fact offered me the measly Postage cost back as what he/she thought of as a good will gesture. I even sent this Charlatan quality pictures of the item and its packaging and still no refund offered.
I suggest you AVOID this Charlatan like the Plague and other companies that use Ups courier services.
TWO deliveries in the space of 5 days not turning up is not good, once is acceptable but TWICE in the same week is taking the Michael.
BE WARNED...................
