Best delivery crew we ever had!
We've relocated internationally more than 10 times now, and this was our second move to Sweden, so we've dealt with our fair share of moving companies, both through work and on our own. That experience makes us fairly demanding and somewhat annoying customers, so I want to give a balanced but honest review.
The sales and office communication was about what you'd expect from the industry (response times of 24-36 hours initially, though this improved noticeably and became much smoother as the move date got closer).
We had a partial load shipment so were mentally prepared for a long wait, but were pleasantly surprised when from deposit to delivery it took just two weeks. On pricing, they came in about 30% cheaper than the company we used for our last move, though not the cheapest quote we received overall.
But here's the real story: Matt and Alan. These guys are legends. Genuinely. After 10+ moves we've seen it all, and these two were on another level - polite, courteous and efficient. They handled our stuff with way more care than we're used to and for the first time - nothing got damaged (by now we didn't think it was possible). Their communication during delivery, loading/unloading was timely, fast, clear, and just... easy. No stress, no drama, just two extremely professional guys who clearly know what they're doing and actually care about doing it right. Hands down the best delivery crew we've ever had. They deserve real recognition.
We will definitely use Matthew James again, especially if Matt and Alan are on our crew:)

Can't find any fault
We had our stuff collected today by Nikolay & Vlad. I don't normally give feedback, but honestly this was the best ever collection experience we've ever had - domestically or internationally. They were extremely professional, packed and handled everything perfectly, and were polite and friendly throughout. This was despite very difficult conditions - they were running an hour late due to traffic, it was around 34°C, and they were racing against the clock to get back to their final stop before the 10pm Swiss curfew on large vehicles. Despite this, they kept in good spirits and did everything to perfection with the utmost care. We really cannot compliment them highly enough. Please ensure they get the recognition and praise they deserve - they are excellent ambassadors for your company. Based on our experience, we have recommended your company to our international connections here in Kanton Zug.

The actual delivery team were excellent. The process worked well but they found an earlier delivery date due to a cancellation, sent me an email to confirm, I don’t sit at my computer all day and when I confirmed they failed to turn up as by that time they had gone home. The planner should have phone me right away. We sat all day for nothing. I complained and next fray on time they did an excellent job.

We used Matthew James to relocate from Scotland to the South of France. The service from start to finish was excellent.
Everyone we dealt was great, but the professionalism and good humour of both sets of guys at either end of our move made what could have been a stressful experience, really effortless. I felt that they knew what they were doing and our stuff was being looked after. Everything was safely packaged up using quality materials, scanned onto the truck and delivered without any issues. Top service. My goods had to be delivered during a French heatwave with the temperature staying around 35 degrees. The team worked tirelessly to deliver and unwrap. The road train was too large to reach my house so everything had to be transferred to a smaller truck and ferried to me. That part I did not see but it must have been twice the effort at least. Always cheerful and professional throughout. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a team who will go above and beyond.

Absolutely outstanding service from Matt and the team
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team transported my baby grand piano, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of care and professionalism they showed.
The piano was expertly dismantled, wrapped in protective padding, and transported safely before being reassembled perfectly in my home. They removed their shoes, protected my floors, and worked seamlessly together, communicating throughout to ensure everything was handled safely.
They also took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the piano’s final position before they left, which I really appreciated.

Smooth experience
It was a generally smooth experience, despite occasional customs documentation issues at first, partly due to my relative inexperience. From then on, the trip, pick-up and drop-off went as expected. Small quibble:it’s important to highlight to customers their liability for parking offences should parking be unavailable.
