Update: Mother’s Earth has now responded to my review, but unfortunately their response does not solve the problem.
My original order was ten months ago and was intended as a one-time purchase. I did not knowingly agree to a subscription. Nevertheless, recurring payments and deliveries followed.
I have already tried several times to cancel this, without success. I am now requesting the immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund of all payments taken from me over the past ten months.
I hope Mother’s Earth will finally resolve this matter properly and refund the money that was charged without my knowingly agreeing to a subscription.

Surprised how good it is so far
Surprised how good the laundry sheets are, and if you use with the little balls, the smell is great, first time trying and so far so good no complaints, going to try the dishwasher sheets next!

Long story short, I am for the passt year and half try to declutter my house, closet and life from plastic and micro plastic.
The arrive of my baby made for me even more necessary to research for eco-friendly product.
An ads brought my attention to Mother's Earth products and I decided to try the laundry sheets. I ordered only one package to give it a try....well VERY SATISFIED. Even my husband who would not notice a horse in the middle of house, came to me asking what product I was using to wash our clothes because it smells so gentle and he doesn't have anymore the itching problem he used to have often when using the common laundry detergent. I will definitely buy more.

When I placed my first order, I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription. As soon as I received the renewal email, I contacted the company to cancel it, as we are only two people at home and I still have almost the entire first package.
Mark replied immediately. Although the renewal had already been processed and the payment charged to my PayPal account, he promptly arranged a full refund. Everything was handled extremely quickly and efficiently, and I have already received my money back.
I am very impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely purchase from this company again. Great products are important, but excellent after-sales support is just as important — if not more so.
