I ordered a parcel for home delivery, but never received it. I paid online, but after filing a complaint, the order was cancelled with the reason "failure to pay." So, I have neither the money nor the parcel.

it is realy good and brand new machine and just the box a little was damaged and i don't care about that,for me important is the machine and fortunatly it's working good and good price.thank you very much.

I was scammed using this company tried to contact them. To stop the payment and get my money back yet i have not been contacted by anyone. It seems like a shell company. As a polish company it seems to not have any english customer service. Really terrible customer service.

Service was fast for preparing my order but need to review the after sale service: the mic of the headset was not working so i came back nexte day to store for claim, they said i need to wait 14 days to have an answer and they will decide if they repare it or give a new one. I would have been happier if they changed it for a new one in case to put me on hold especially that i needed it for work.

Bought an item that said packaging was damaged and that's all, BUT when the item arrived it rattles more than a beggars tin so who knows what's actually broken inside and how long it'll last, even though it seems to be fine now!

Great product so far, good quality and packaging decent, delivery was quick and easy.

Ordering was smooth and everything was good. Delivery was what I had a problem with. If I was to be honest a smaller timeframe estimation would be much appreciated because a 12 hour frame means I have to literally stop everything for my day just for a delivery.

I bought a graphics card from them I paid for express delivery and they not only didn't deliver and refused to offer any alternative or compensation they tried to claim the countdown for the delivery started when they had the card in their warehouse not when I ordered it from their website despite the website saying it was in stock. By their definition of next-day delivery. I could order next-day delivery and they could order the card from anywhere in the world it could take a year to get to the warehouse and it would still count as next-day delivery as long as they got it to me a day after it arrived in that specific warehouse. I contacted them the staff were rude several hung up. I will never shop with them again.

They just stole my money. I bought an xbox Series with a 3-month subscription. But the subscription code didn't work. I returned the console, received a conclusion that it was returned in perfect condition.....and then the console was lost for 3 weeks. After they found it, they refunded the money for the console, excluding the subscription. The answer is that I didn't file a second complaint before returning the console so that they could review it again, because they managed to close the first complaint with a recommendation to contact Microsoft so that they could refund my money! Microsoft??? For a brand new console, which was probably sold to me already used. There are no arguments, the answer is always the same - it's your fault that the subscription doesn't work in our console.
I also bought an HP laptop. Since this is not the first laptop of this brand, I haven't used the charger from the new laptop for a long time. It turned out to be defective. I'm not going to contact their complaints service a second time - a waste of time. The money has already been stolen.
