I strongly advise against using the Duty Free app. They fail to provide official invoices for purchases; instead, they issue only a basic receipt and insist that if it is lost, no copy can be provided. This policy is backed by endless excuses and misinformation. Furthermore, their customer service is entirely unhelpful. Despite my repeated inquiries in English, they persist in responding only in Polish. I absolutely do not recommend this service to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with my return. Apparently they have "a policy" that they don't refund money to you, they only give a gift card to their store so they can keep you in a loop!

I sent my graphics card for warranty in November. After two weeks of no response I received the same faulty graphics card with a note that graphics card is out of warranty(it's not). After sending card again and waiting nearly 30 days but requesting a refund, they suddenly decided that it is possible to fix it and I'm ineligible for a refund. I also received very unhelpful replies from support(both via email and phone). To sum up, buy on amazon.

They should stop faking price action.
Once you are having an account, they start spamming you constantly.
Today Black Friday Action. -> With this code you have big discount ... and then you watch the website, same price as before. Price of last 30 days, the same!

Got scammed it was a gypsy variant and there was no charger in the box, even though there is everywhere else and they couldnt even sell me one they only had cheap Chinese replica chargers

I was scammed using this company tried to contact them. To stop the payment and get my money back yet i have not been contacted by anyone. It seems like a shell company. As a polish company it seems to not have any english customer service. Really terrible customer service.

Service was fast for preparing my order but need to review the after sale service: the mic of the headset was not working so i came back nexte day to store for claim, they said i need to wait 14 days to have an answer and they will decide if they repare it or give a new one. I would have been happier if they changed it for a new one in case to put me on hold especially that i needed it for work.
