How about buying new PC? I don't recommend it cuz waiting time is to long. What about customer service, they should help you? No, they are AI advisors who really doesnt understand what are you talking about. Next time I will be buying new PC, I will never buy it in komputronik store.

This store provides everything that runs on electricity :D Their selection is impressive, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, they often have great deals and promotions that make shopping there even better. Every visit feels like an adventure! Can't recommend this place enough for tech enthusiasts. A definite 5/5!

Macbook Pro - they claim to send them in 3-5 business days. When I asked support I was informed that it takes them up to 5 days to receive Macbook, then another 3-4 to send to their local shop ( chose a pick-up, so it could be faster... ). Then after a week I get no status update, when I call the support they say it can take up to a month.
Don't buy Apple products from Komputronik, unless time doesn't matter for you.

Garbage company.
They have sold me defected headphones, and refused a warranty repair.
The headphones should hold charge for 26 hours of working time.
This monkeys on the other hand just checked that 'the case charges headphones', and told 'everything is alright with the product'
The case charge only for 6 HOURS instead of 26!

I made an order for my business, there were 2 pc’s that i needed asap, they assembled and delivered them very fast, was very happy about it because previous order i made in another polish pc specs shop(the most popular) and they had delay of 1 MONTH!!

Everything is good when you know what you are serching for. If you don't know you have to cach someone to help you which is not so easy.

I can't tell anything good about its stores. The staff is not helpful and sometimes the store is closed before the closing time.

I have been there several times to discuss new purchases, and they have been extremely helpful at the Złote Tarasy branch in Warsaw.

They advised me how best to order, which options were cheaper, helped me select the right case, arrange assembly using my own parts (not available at a competitor, where I could only use new parts bought through them), etc. I should get my newly assembled computer back today, and they can even arrange a courier option.

3 weeks waiting for product to be sent. I think they sold me product they didn't have in stock and kept me waiting for weeks until they sent it. If I knew I would buy it elsewhere

Deceiving title in a product. I searched a cable VGA to DVI-D and the first product that appears says on title the brand and VGA and the picture shows a VGA but only on specifications which are very hidden it appears VGA to DVI-A! Which I honestly didn't even think it was still on the market. I felt deceived.

Bought at this shop a very nice Motorola E4 plus for reasonable price,
delivered very soon as promised, good shop, very good service.
I can remommend this shop to others.

Cool but not the best :/ In the shop's haven't got enough products. When i was buying my computer and bring it to home and build it, then it's not working. I bring back to the shop and they sayed some ( new ) parts it's damaged so need to send back to Poznan to check parts. ( Need waiting 1.5 week ). Im just sad because I spend a lot of money ( ~6000zl ) and they dont want to change the damaged part for a newest, they fix it... Who need a fixed part when you buying a new PC? :D
The sellers is kind and helpful.
But i need to wait.
