I recently leased my first car through Lizy, on the recommendation of a friend who manages a large corporate fleet and works with them regularly. And I can see why.
From the first contact to the delivery — and even after — the entire experience was outstanding. I received tailored advice to help choose the right car, regular updates on availability, support with everything from ordering the fuel card to coordinating delivery. On top of that, the handover came with a thorough walkthrough and thoughtful aftercare.
Lizy truly gets what customer centricity is all about: fast, professional, and refreshingly human. Highly recommended.

The worst company I've ever worked…
The worst company I ever had to work with. Terrible customer management. I was late with the payment for 1 month and on the 13th of that month they threatened to trace and tow the car.
Are you kidding me? People travel overseas, or lives are not bound to answering you.
Anyway, I cut ties with them if I were you, I would stay away from them at all cost

LIZY operates with direct debit to ensure a smooth payment process, so manual payments are not required. If a payment is rejected after the third reminder, we reach out to the customer to understand the situation. When there is no response despite multiple attempts, we follow the necessary procedures to address the issue appropriately.

Great experience and car!
Very quick delivery (less than 3 weeks), great service and quick answers to my many questions. The person who did the delivery, was super nice and helped me install all that was needed. The car looked brand new, although it's a 2nd hand and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks Lizy!

I was positively impressed by the whole approach of the Lizy team. Since the first contact with Oliver till the last one with Laurance, no surprises, very professional and helpful. The delivery of my car went smoothly, the team was pending of all details making sure everything was as stated on the contract. All in all this is a company I would certainly recommend.
