fines all the time for parking, even the app IS LETTING YOU LEAVE THE CAR AND IS NOT GIVING EVEN A NOTIFICATION OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN NOT PARK THERE OR YOU WILL GT FINE....... HORRIBLE.... worst service ever
they are making money not from renting cars but from fines that you get
Very smoothly, the registry on the app, finding the car, unlocking it. It was an emergency situation because my car wouldn't start and I had an appointment, and we were still on time for that, so no complaints.
Convenience was excellent and easy to use. Good value for money too.

registration: it was a bit hard to get my drivers license accepted, instructions how to take a photo were not that clear. what is front, what is back (I have the folding paper license)
Operation: all good, although on my first QR code scan on a car, the app told me it was not a Poppy QR code, that was weird

Very useful for moving around when you don't own a car.

The service is very good. Rent a car without down payment including petrol and insurance is amazing. Multi car usage, vans and big cars.
The only thing is the tasks are not friendly use, petrol refills is ok but the cleaning is not good, needs improvement. Customer service is good, application is a key at the same time,

*Reponse* - I don’t want to spend time discussing this terrible experience with someone, I want you to fix it. I’m not going to provide personal documents just to get an idea on pricing. I will let the authorities decide if this is legal, I will certainly file a complaint.
I’m not even able to see prices without uploading my drivers license! I understand that they need this private data for renting a car, but just for giving me an indication about prices? Highly questionable and I doubt this is even legal.

I all worked out fine, no surprises, and good support-follow up advise following the drive.

I was on holidays in Belgium and it was just great and comfortable to use Poppy Mobility to move around.
Now I am back in Vienna, Austria, and I miss a comparable service. When will you come here?

had been wanting to use Poppy for a while, and I finally decided to give it a try. I had previously used the Miles car-sharing service, which was a good experience, and I can say that Poppy lives up to its commitments.
I am genuinely happy with the app, the service, and the follow-up after using the vehicles. I would recommend Poppy to anyone who is interested — don’t hesitate to try it.
Parking in Brussels is made easier, and it is very convenient to find an available car when you need one. Overall, a really great experience!

This is the fourth time customer service has ignored my questions and simply ended the chat, so I had no way to follow up. No confirmation, no closure, no accountability.
Insurance is included on a standard rental but suddenly becomes a hidden extra cost once you schedule it, and this is never clearly disclosed in the app. They'll say it's somewhere on their website, but who checks a website as an extra step on top of everything already in the app? Isn't the whole point of an app to make things clear and user-friendly? Or is it just there to mislead customers because they can?
They market themselves as transparent. This is the exact opposite. It's deliberately misleading.
And now, four times, they've cancelled my ticket without ever getting a confirmation or response from me first. This isn't about the small amount of money involved, it's about the principle. A company in 2026 treating customers like this, charging whatever it decides whenever it decides.
Absolute disgrace, and honestly a shame. I used to rely on Poppy without issue. This customer service approach is just unbelievable. Would not recommend to anyone.

The car was available where stated.
It's easy to park, even in Brussels.
Could have been cleaner, but I understand that it's not possible to clean after each user!
