I'm currently 2 months into the process of trying to end my contract. First they managed to lose my tracked mail (confirmed delivered) with the official documents for ending the contract, then replies to my emails are delayed until 16:59 on Friday, then I finally get told to make an appointment to return my car but almost 2 weeks and four emails later I still have yet to receive any form of response.

Very bad post contract follow-up
I leased a car from DirectLease for a while and then returned the car. As soon as I let them know I would be breaking the contract, I was sent from department to department. It's been over a month now since I returned the car and I still haven't received the final invoice AND I'm still receiving monthly rental invoices. They always answer quickly but I get the impression that there is no communication between the departments. Or their IT systems aren't communicative. Or their employees don't pass on the information to each other. Everything was fine setting up the contract, and indeed they are cheaper than others. But the headache it has caused me to end the contract, was NOT worth it.
