Have had such good results with Weigh Less with Jess. I enjoyed the whole process, the food, the recipes, the support - directly with Jess, was amazing, she was always ready to answer my questions and offer help and advice. I did one course of 25 days plus the 25 days of maintenance and I lost a total of 8.5kg. I highly recommend this, don’t hesitate.

I’ve done the program a few times and it’s always worked well if you follow it. My last one was at the end of 2025. I lost 10 kg. The support from Jess and the group is really amazing. You don’t have to know everything. Just ask a question in the group and all the supports there.

After speaking with you directly, I’m pleased we were able to clarify the situation. Your order was for the 50-day VLC Supreme soft gel capsules, which is exactly what was sent. The Detox Supreme included in the parcel was a complimentary product as part of a promotion we were running at the time, so this was a bonus item rather than a replacement for anything you ordered.
Your order was placed on 17 February and delivered to New Zealand within 7 days from Sydney, which is within the expected express international delivery timeframe.
At the time of writing this response, I have not received any emails regarding an issue with the order, however after we spoke you kindly sent through photos of the products received. From those images I can confirm the correct items were supplied.
If there is anything further you would like me to assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help.
