I couldn’t use the voucher
I couldn’t use the voucher, so I contacted customer service looking for any reasonable solution, but they showed absolutely no willingness to help.
I just lost 2,000 NOK because of a deal hidden behind fine print that most people would never notice. This wasn’t a product I received or a service I used—it was just a voucher. Yet they still kept my money and gave me nothing in return.
I feel completely ripped off. Losing 2,000 NOK over a voucher because of technical terms and conditions is outrageous. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in Let’s Deal. I will never use their service again, and I will make sure to warn friends, family, and anyone else I can about what happened to me.
Absolutely unacceptable.

I bought a Botox deal through Let’s Deal for Quantum Clinic in Majorstuen .Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I followed up, the doctor told me that because I bought the treatment through Let’s Deal, I shouldn’t expect very good results. I found that quite unprofessional — I’ve used similar deals at other clinics before and was treated with the same care and quality as regular customers. Sadly, I wasn’t happy with the results this time and wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience.
