The quality of the items (Ledgekit Shelf edge cat figurine led lantern $34 each)were not as they looked online. They are much smaller and do not work together to sit on a shelf. The packaging was a small box that they came in with the items in a small bag. I made a mistake for sure buying these items! I would not recommend at all!! Unless you want something in a dollhouse…👀

Do Not Buy Product From This Company
This has been the worst experience in an online sale that I had ever done. The product sent was cheap and didn't hang right. I reached out for refund, but they told me I had to provide a picture of the items. Not sure why if I didn't like the product, no picture to them would have corrected it. But, I provided a picture of the items, then it took four emails back and forth, offering me discounts to keep the items or a store credit. NOTE: There is no address to return the items on their website. But after the 4th email, they finally gave me a return address which was incorrect. The goods made it to the address given in Chino, CA, but L & C, re-rerouted it to New Jersey, again having my money for another week. L&C has my returned product another full week with no refund issued. Still waiting.....Please, please, please, really think about using this company. Once they have your money, it is very difficult to get it back.

Took forever to get the pants
Took forever to get the pants. They “resent” another pair and they were nothing like the picture. Not the same style and not even close to the same colour. And told me they were what I ordered and described. Do not order from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. They advertise other peoples products and then send you a low quality dupe of the item. I recived two terrible quality dresses from them adn reqested a refund. Even after sending them photos in which they said and I quote " I can see the issue clearly, and this one's on us", they kept trying to offer me other products or partial discounts. After days of saying just give me back my money they requested I PAY for return shipping. I refused and have now filed a credit card dispute. Avoid this sham company at all cost!

This company feels like a scam

I wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews before ordering from Lark & Clover. On Monday I took delivery of my order - a little hanging cat with a lantern - for my library bookshelf. The item was made of the cheapest material I have ever seen. Lark & Clover say they have a 30 day return / refund policy so I immediately emailed their support address (they have no phone number - BIG red flag). Since Monday, I have sent 2 x follow up emails and filled in their online form and am yet to get a single reply from the company. This is starting to feel like a huge scam. All I want is to return this horrible, cheap little cat and get my money back!

You are taking huge risk here
You are taking huge risk here! The retro fringe jeans r made so poorly, pockets edges flipping outward, so many holes in these jeans, sizing not really accurate, and smells really like warehouse bad odor.
I felt something wrong when i ordered, it is duplicitous not to advertise that you are a company in China, and any returns are on you. Very underhanded i feel. From looking at reviews, they want you not to try and return. When will i learn!

I ordered almost 400$ worth of clothing from this online store.. I thought it was high end quality clothing. It is not. I rdidnt get a confirmation or tracking information until I emailed them and asked for it. When the items came they are cheap made in china clothing with no labels or care instructions on them or with them . The texture of the items was scratchy and poor. I asked several times for return instructions. They kept offering me store credit up to 120% plus keep the clothing. You know when they do that they are making a fortune selling cheap Chinese sweat shop clothing as high quality women’s wear. Stay away from this seller. I am still fighting and had to do a charge back thru my credit card. Plus it cost me over 60$ to return ship. They wouldn’t give me the duty exception number for returns so I had to pay duty on the items as well. I am so disgusted in the way this has played out. This company is nothing more than a scam. I have reported them. They have paid big money to web page developers to notice you into thinking this is high end women’s clothing. Stay clear!!

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I wish I had the option to give 0 stars because they don't deserve even one. I received a fake pair of jeans that looks like a 10-year-old made them. I showed the company, with photos, that the jeans shown on their website and the actual pair I received were NOT AT ALL the same product.
After asking for a return and a refund, they tried 3 times to offer me a discount so I would keep them, with a ridiculous amount off. Now that I have paid for the return shipping (with tracking showing that the package was received), my refund still hasn't been issued. Their response? "Check with your credit card!"
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The website and photos look amazing, but this is a SCAM!

Extended delivery time, but worth it!
Although I had to wait for my cover to arrive, when it did, I was pleased. The color (white) matched my couch perfectly and the measurements were very accurate. I particularly like how soft it is! I have not had it long enough to wash it, but I do not anticipate any problems.

Great dress
The sizing chart was really wonky so just ordered the size I typically wear. Shipping took a bit, but dress was worth the wait. Material and pattern were as expected. Was odd that I got an email saying it was delivered, then another saying delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, but it was delivered.

No refunds possible, poor quality
I ordered 2 washed denim sets that ended up looking NOTHING like the pictures on the site. They looked more like cheap medical scrubs and although they were the "same size", one set was huge on me, while the other set was too tight. I tried to get a refund, but was only ever offered store credit, after sending the requested pictures and customer service trying to talk me into keeping them over the course of several days. Their site boasts returns are possible within 30 days, but when it costs so much to send it back to China (not the US like the site claims) it was not even worth it to continue with the several days long fight with customer service. These people are crooks, selling low quality products and not following through on their own refund policy. I will never shop at this store again and don't recommend doing business with them.
