Customer service and communication is excellent. Emails were responded quickly and issues quickly resolved. Items took a long time to arrive and unfortunately Items were too small, but the solution took only 1 email. Order was not eligible for return but replacement with a bigger size was agreed upon and now I am anxiously waiting for my replacement order. Hope it doesn't take 3 weeks like the original order.

I got two dresses at Clarendale recently in extra small — I am 5’3 and weigh 119 lbs. Both of them fit like a glove. The Marelle Linen look Maxi Slip in white is perfect for a professional setting with a slip underneath and for a more seductive nighttime look, you can wear it without a slip since it is a bit sheer. The Marellé Striped Wrap Waist Maxi Dress Sleeveless in beige is so flattering. Each time I wear it I get plenty of compliments!!

Not honoring return policy/Item not as pictured
I ordered the Faithtuck Shepherd 3D Fabric Poke Art kit for $34.99.
It did not come with fabric squares as pictured/advertised, but rather with packs of very thin yarn/thread. It is missing a color (green) and other colors (maroon, cream and light brown) came instead as pink, white and dark brown.
I supported this with photos and have been back and forth with customer service 3 times (each time a different rep responds). They are not honoring the free return shipping if an item is "faulty, damaged, or defective." They first offered a 20% refund, then 30%, 40% and 50% and I can keep the item. The item is useless to keep as I cannot complete the craft with the materials provided. And why is the refund a negotiation at all? They need to honor the full refund that they state if item is "faulty, damaged or defective."

Do not buy from Clarendale!
I would caution everyone not to purchase anything from Clarendale. Their clothing is extremely poor quality - worse than Temu or Shein, but much more expensive. Shipping was very slow. My items arrived wadded up together in one bag. No tags on anything snd no individual packaging. I did not receive one of the items I ordered, but received some random pair of shoes instead. I have been corresponding by email for the last week, telling them I want to return everything. They repeatedly respond by offering me a partial refund to keep this garbage. I have refused all their offers, and they finally forwarded me a return form to fill out. I am trying to complete it, but they ask for a Sku for each item. There is no Sku listed on the items (no tags), and none listed on the website. I also asked them if I will be responsible to pay for the return shipping on the shoes I did not order, as they are larger and heavier than all of the other items combined. Now they are not responding to my emails. I spent almost $300 with them, and I'm sick about it. I found a phone number for them, but when I call, the mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. Of course nobody answers. Please do not buy from them!

These pants were just what I wanted!
My order took several weeks to arrive, but I was not in a hurry. Packaged securely. The pants I ordered were just what I wanted. Trousers made with quality twill fabric; all seam stitching was strong and secure, including the zipper. I ordered medium, which was perfect for me. The colour was a dark khaki; the leg length was perfect. I was so happy to receive these pants and was able to wear them straight away, so no modifications at all required. This was a very good purchase for me.

I ordered the Marsona pants in dark…
I ordered the Marsona pants in dark olive. They came with no labels inside for size, brand, fabric content, or care instructions. They fit but were a little shorter than I like (I’m 5’7”) I emailed Clarendale customer service to ask about care instructions and whether the pants would shrink. I received an answer telling me to wash them in cold water and hang to dry. I took out the hem before washing, planning to re-hem at an inch longer than they arrived, and followed the washing instructions. They are now unhemmed and are shorter than when they arrived, having shrunk about 1.5 inches. Also are a little tight all over. Very disappointed, and I can’t return them because they came with no paperwork whatsoever.
