Unacceptable Delivery Condition - Request for Immediate Refund
I recently placed my first order from Lampeoglys, delivered today 30th May 2024. Upon delivery, the courier guy informed me that the package contained broken items, as evidenced by audible damage within the parcel which he had noticed while shipping the item. Upon inspection, I discovered that several bulbs were indeed broken.
I have documented the condition of the package upon delivery with photographs. I refused acceptance of the delivery, and the goods were returned in their original damaged state. Now I have sent those images to them by email also.
Given the circumstances, I must express my disappointment with the inadequate packaging and handling of such fragile items.
I have now written an email to refund my full payment along with pictures of broken items, and I am awaiting their response, however, the first experience has already been really disappointing.

Really beautiful lamps and the shipping was so fast. I am already looking to buy another one next month.

Much better than other reviews indicated.
Seems like these guys get a lot of stick for their customer service so was a bit worried to order from them. However, I bought a standing lamp and it came in two days as promised. Looks good quality, solid wood and metal. Only reason it's not 5 stars is a couple or slight production errors but apart from that I am super happy with it. Really beautiful product.

Ordered 3 lamps by delivery 2 of them was broken. Was really bad packed for transport. And way of getting in contact with them for returns.
