Our outdoor kitchen is amazing; all our family and friends love it. We were kept update to date every step of the way; they were on time with delivery and installation. There was a delay in my order due to the product being discontinued but outdoor domain Did everything they could to rectify the problem. Offered the next better bbq at no extra charge and had it shipped from Melbourne as fast as they could, even let us pick it up a bit after hours as we were late due to traffic. Excellent communication and care to customers.

Rozi at Outdoors Domain was extremely helpful in our early enquiries and in guiding us through the Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ options when we visited the showroom. We elected to do a self assemble which is very doable if you are a bit handy and have time not to rush. Our only hiccup was some missing bolt fittings on the bottom of the BBQ (factory issue) which meant we could not screw in the levelling legs, however Outdoor Domain organised for their installers to come out and rectify the issue with mounting blocks (which are probably more stable). Very happy with the end result!

Great service and products

It was really easy to order what I wanted online and it was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately I had been sent the wrong product but it was easy to lodge a query using the online chat form and I soon received a reply from a staff member Jonathan. He was very helpful and arranged for the correct product to be sent out and I received this just in time for Christmas. Overall great service to rectify the mistake.

We wanted a new barbeque and had selected a Quasar 6 burner model. Several nearby retailers sold it but were either out of stock or were unable to provide delivery. By accident I came across Outdoors Domain. They had stock, could provide delivery (at reasonable cost), and in a short period. Rachael took my details over the phone, promised to call me back, and did so, matching the best price we had been offered. Delivery was made as promised .
