Customer Service response is too slow!
Great product, five stars. Terrible customer service. Too slow to respond to a question. It took five days to respond to a question. Then, when I ordered the product, I accidentally forgot to specify that it was a wooden fence, which meant I wouldn't receive the wooden brackets. I sent an email and tried to call to cancel the order. Nobody responded by email until the product was almost at my door. The customer service response time is so slow that it affects the intention of getting the right product.

I like the overall concept
I like the overall concept, but I did notice the brackets that you show on your videos and website are not the same as the one sent to me. The new ones or redesigned ones have four holes on one side and two holes on the other. The two holes that you are supposed to anchor the Post part to it with supplied screws is at an angle that a Phillips screwdriver is unable to tighten.

Good quality product
Good quality product. Very good instructions and a quick response to a question I had. Ordered another 8 feet! My adventurous cat rolled right off the fence as shown in the video. Only thing that he hurt when he fell backwards was his pride. Gave him some treats to help soothe is ego. Highly recommend!

I have phoned a number of times about the masonry kit which we paid for, but was not included. I have since employed a handyman to install it. we managed with difficulty as brackets, etc are very poorly designed, and he supplied masonry kit. SO WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK FOR THAT PART.
