2) The remote control (sender) could not cover the distance between ground floor to 2nd floor, straight line, without interference (obstacle) in between !

First order for this company, extremely bad experience of e-mail communication, sometimes no response, had requested change delivery address in 2nd parcel, no response, no action taken.

Overall my experience with Conrad was a bit troublesome, some products are available on their German site, which doesn't deliver outside Germany, but not on their COM site, which DOES deliver outside Germany. Confusing and unnecessary.

Further ordering was easy, delivery time was ok, but their customer service a bit slow to react (overloaded).
I had a discount code that did not work. This was corrected by customer service, but took 4 days.

An AI tool recommended your product for cleaning in an ultrasonic tank. Searched and found the company itself. Website was a seamless experience. Shipping was very fast with good pricing.

The worst experience with this Conrad ...
Never ever again with this company.

Arrived safe and sound. The ETA was as you predicted. Must admit due to the weight it would have been helpful if the package was delivered to the back door instead of in full view at the front door. But, still I managed to move it using a "dolly" truck. Having said that any potential opertunist thief would have found it too heavy without the necessary lifting equipmemnt. Well done to all involved in shipping the item.

I ordered a premium Schwaiger satellite dish, but the delivery experience was an absolute disaster. The package arrived via UPS in a terrible state: a metal bolt was piercing straight through the cardboard box, and the protective polystyrene inside was completely shattered and thrown around carelessly. As a result, the outer rim of the satellite dish is severely bent and dented in multiple places.

To make matters worse, Conrad’s return policy for damaged items is incredibly bureaucratic and outdated. Instead of a straightforward return process, customers are forced to open support tickets. Furthermore, expecting customers to potentially pay upfront for international return shipping to Germany for a massive, oversized item that arrived broken due to poor handling is unacceptable.

I have requested a direct courier collection and a replacement. Conrad seriously needs to improve its packaging standards and modernize its customer service for handling transit damage.

I did live in Austria for for over 20 years. Conrad are a great company. I now live back in the UK. The delivery from UPS was excellent..! My order arrived quicker than many local deliveries. Conrad prices are always good. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The website made it very easy to browse and compare products. Even though this was a cross-border EU transaction, by the time I'd changed a few of my account settings and preferences, a proper company invoice without VAT had already been issued — ready to pay by card online. Delivery from Germany arrived in just 3 days, well packaged. Highly efficient service, highly recommended.
