Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing my mum and aunty orthopedic sandals.

The quality is very bad! I thought I had bought genuine ones. They are replicas. Very bad ones too.

I have found this is the only cushion that is both supportive and comfortable.
I have a tail bone that gives me hell when sitting on a long drives or anywhere love it!

I asked for a refund, got only a partial refund for one of the two products without any explanation. The other product is still being sent to me for some reason. BE CAREFUL: every day on the website they write that it is the last day of discounts to make you buy more and faster. It is a HUGE SCAM. This "sale" never ends, they just change the date of the "last day of sale". In addition to this the delivery is taking much longer than stated. Initially promised 2-3 business days. Today is the 3rd day and the delivery is nowhere near. Today is the 28/10 and it is expected to arrive on 03/11.

Fake. Scam. Product not received. Tracking number is fake.

Good service and I am very happy with the Digital Ketone Monitor Tester I purchased.

The company contacted me promptly and offered a solution. I am happy that they are valuing the customers and do care about keeping the relationship. They are seriously taking feedbacks that would help them improve.
The knee support silicone bit seems to be okay, however the strap is way to short and keeps detaching. I'll try to get something from Spotlight to keep the silicone support in place. Otherwise its useless.

I placed an order on 5 October. On 6 October, I was told my order was ready for shipment and that I would receive tracking details within 2–3 business days. However, I never received them until I contacted the company myself on 14 October.

I repeatedly asked the company to confirm the actual dispatch date and provide proof that my parcel had been handed over to the courier. Not once did they answer these simple questions. Instead, I received the same generic, copy-and-paste responses over and over again, assuring me that my parcel was in transit and asking me to wait a few more days.

After several complaints, they claimed they were checking with their logistics team. Yet, they still provided no evidence that my order had actually been dispatched.

Eventually, when I demanded a refund because I no longer wanted the product, they completely ignored my refund request and told me to contact the post office myself, claiming that delivery issues were the courier's responsibility.

How am I supposed to investigate a parcel that Australia Post has no scanning record of, when the seller itself refuses to provide proof of dispatch?

I genuinely suspect my order was overlooked, because they consistently refused to provide any dispatch evidence.

They clearly have no intention of providing genuine customer service. All they seem interested in is avoiding the issue and dodging responsibility.

In the end, I was left without the product, having lost both my money and my time, with no one willing to take responsibility or be held accountable.

Avoid ORTOREX at all costs. I would not trust this company.

The socks give perfect support and being toeless I don't slide around when walking around inside without shoes. Very happy with them and will be buying more pairs on pension day.

Do not order from Ortorex! They take your money and do not ship your order.

Very disappointed with delivery, product and service (lack of). I had seen great reviews on their website. NEVER be fooled by this again. Always going to trustpilot first. Delivery took over 2 weeks and products less than standard. When I ask for a refund they said they would give me 40% back (I was furious!) finially received full refund.

My order did not come. I’ve waited for almost a month. The site for tracking aswell is not secure. When i sent an email they said that it was left in a safe place. That’s bullshit as I’m home the whole day. Avoid this website at any cost, if i can give 0 stars i’ll give it. I’m gonna dispute my transaction because this is a scam!!!! They are giving 2 different tracking number which is so dodgey!

Purchasing was easy. It took about a week for my order to arrive. I bought some massage sandals that are just wonderful to wear. I had cause to email these guys on a couple of occasions. They always take the time to reply

The finger splint set has made such an improvement to my trigger finger. I wear the splint at night and use a latex one during the day, due to the work I do. I’ve been able to cut back on my anti-inflammatories because of the relief I’m getting at night. I’ve been using a splint every night since I received them. I missed using it, one night when I was really tired, and I certainly paid for it, pain wise, the next day.

Highly recommend this product!

It looks like a dodgy website, but I can guarantee you, they are not! They were responsive, informative, and pleasant to deal with.

I got a pair of prescription goggles, and I LOVE them. It came with different nose bridge attachments, and the prescription was actually accurate, and made a massive difference!

What a ripoff - A $65 pillow I could have gotten for $10. False advertising- not latex will never buy again from this store. What a bunch of junk.
