Okura Cookware Reviews 

I started looking at titanium cookware when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I didn't want cookware that left chemicals in my food. I cook with alot of stainless steel so I decided to try Okura. I got the 12 inch fry pan and started cooking. I am a patient person so taking time to slowly warm the pan before cooking was already part of my routine. This pan is bot only great to cook with but it looks beautiful just hanging out on my stove. Thank you! I know I'll enjoy this pan for years.

Pans are great but the lids don't fit upside down for storage. Shipping was way too long .

You don't need high heat to brown meat it doesn't stick to the pan
Browns hashbrowns perfectly
Since nothing sticks to the pan clean up is a breeze
Just be sure to let the pan cool before cleaning

Even harder vegetables like carrots get cut smoothly without much effort.

Easy to shop and neat discounts. Would love to have a custom set option tho.

My experience with Okura Cookware has been very good. I was very impressed by the selection of products and am looking forward to getting more over time. Haruto helped me with confirming my address immediately after seeing my order, within about maybe 2 minutes at most, which is very impressive and reassuring. He was very kind, patient, helpful, and was clearly more than happy to help me with any questions I had, even advice on how to cook eggs and steak as I had mentioned to him when he asked whether I’m an everyday cook or more of a fast high-heat cook. That’s customer service I’ve never seen anywhere else, I mean within 2 minutes he was already there to confirm the shipping address and he was very helpful, I could tell he didn’t feel bothered or pressured or anything negative of the sort when he was speaking with me which is awesome. And I myself did not feel pressured either, which I appreciate. Haruto and all of you are doing a great job, I will definitely be telling people to check out your products and website, and I will be sure to mention the customer service as well.

I’ve really enjoyed using my Okura cookware. The pan feels very well made, cooks food evenly, and has been easy to use for everyday meals. I also love how easy it is to clean, which is always a big plus in a busy kitchen. I’ve had a great experience with it so far and look forward to continuing to use it. Definitely a beautiful and practical addition to my kitchen!

Actually we haven’t used it yet , I returned it to get a larger pan . I loved the look and texture of the pan . I can’t wait to get the replacement we are very pleased with our cutting board we ordered . Finally I don’t have to worry about eating anything that that comes off our cutting board or our cookware!

Great pan. Surprised by how easy it was to clean.

When cooking fish or steak the pan turns very brown or black and it’s not easy to clean

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The Facebook Ads are slick and full of promises. You would think it is a privilege to purchase this miracle pan. FOUR WEEKS later I am still waiting for this item. I should have bought this type of item on Amazon. It is just a commodity and not something special. I got duped.

My mom also tried it once and she said it felt really easy to handle.

First, the shipping was slow, and the tracking data provided NEVER gives the location. I think this is intentional, as while they say "Japanese Design" there is no info on the pan or the packing as to where it was actually made. The pan actually looks nice, but it is much smaller than my other pans, all supposed to be 8".
So, keep that in mind if you order from them.

Good pan that seems built to last a lifetime. light. Scratch resistant. Good non-stick if used with correct heating. I
wish I got the high-walled pan with lid for the extra few dollars. Arigato!

Mine did arrive in reasonable time and unlike some other people it came in a nice box. It is a good looking pan. However despite carefully following the seasoning and cooking instructions it sticks like crazy ruining the presentation of our meals. So I am disappointed with this product.

Very pleased with my Okura cookware. I seasoned it as instructed. have cooked three meals works fantastic, clean up easy, worked on my glass top stove. I purchased a full set and got knifes, wooden utensels, brush for oil all free. I love them

Absolutely love the quality ,style and look that my pan display it's definitely the best I've ever own....!!!!I did have to reach out to customer service thru email and kept having to explain the problem i was having but finally they took care of my concerns i need that part to go as smooth and to be more personal and professional i must say I'm very happy about the product it was worth it.
