Just received a reply to my prior paid in June review. I'm wondering if this company used AI to generate their reply. As I point out in that review, contacting Customer Service has been providing the run around solutions for over 12 weeks with no concrete information on when I will receive my paid order. Their reply offers me a solution - Please call Customer Service so they can assist in resolving the issue. Why didn't I think of that? Amazing the level of incompetence for a company! A 1 star is way to generous!

The pan is outstanding…but one has a problem
The pan is outstanding, as claimed. Couldn’t be happier. However, I ordered two, and the second one came in with loose bolts on the handle (and therefore dangerous for my 83-year-old grip). Every 5 days or so I have to ask my friendly maintenance manager in my building to tighten it again. Frankly, I’d rather return it, but the box disappeared while I was away on vacation (my over-eager housekeeper probably thought she was doing good by cleaning out the closet). Any way I could return it? I would happily use the credit for the set of kitchen tools I’ve had my eye on. You would not need to refund the money. Thanks. I look forward to your reply.

WORST pan ever
WORST. PAN. EVER!!!!!!! I followed the seasoing instructions when I received the pan and then tried cooking a few things in it. Followed the directions etc. IT IS NOT NONSTICK. EVEN COOKING AT EXTREMELY LOW TEMPERATURES! If you like to spend lots of time scraping food off a pan, this is the one for you.
Also the handle is screwed on and it loosens extremely easily. Piece of junk for $150.00. Dont buy.

Company won’t process refund for unused, returned items
I ordered some pots and other items form Taima, although changed my mind after I placed the order. I returned the unused. The packages were not opened and I shipped them back per the company’s instructions, which included sending photos of the packages and return receipts from UPS. It’s been months, and I still haven’t received a refund. I get an email response when I inquire from what I suspect is a bot. What a scam.

Avoid this manufacturer
I purchased a single frying pan, after waiting a long period of time it finally showed up. The bolted handle was completely loose and and there are weld burns all over it. Communicating through email, yes offer a 30 day return policy but buyer beware, they charge a $25 restocking fee and you are expected to pay the return shipping. Their marketing is great, customer service is non-existent
I’ve seen your reply here.. I have been communicating with your customer service, they keep regurgitating the same rhetoric with no solution. EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Dented pot takes shine off collection
The cookware is beautiful. Unfortunately there is a small dent in the handle of the smaller pot. I contacted customer service. Kathleen was quick to respond. We emailed back and forth. I sent her a picture. The company offered 20% refund on the pot. After spending over $1,400 on the titanium collection, I was hoping that the company would offer a new pot to replace the old. With that in mind, I turned down the offer. The company made no further offers. So I have a usable, but damaged pot. It really takes the shine off the whole collection.

I am responding to their blasse boiler plate reply to contact them about my experience. I have contacted them multiple times and they will not respond. I have asked to speak with a manager for 3 weeks with no response except the same we are disspointed. You cannot actually speak to anyone and the person or bot who responds to email cannot actually do anything. Really a shocking company. I think they were hoping i would forget and they could keep my money after I returned my product with no refund.
Does Taima even read these reviews before they reply. I love how they keep telling me to contact customer service about my concerns but the reason I posted is because I have been contacting them for weeks with no resolution. Just placations that they are sorry for my frustration and they are reviewing my case. What is there to review when I have returned an unopened and unused product. They have already been “ reviewing my case “ for weeks with nothing. Naturally, once I got my credit card company involved to dispute the charge they said they refunded me the next day after no response to my complaints for weeks. But I’m still waiting for it to post. They truly are a deceptive and degenerate company.

This item is still showing shipping in progress though it arrived over a month ago. Paid $200 for a “non-stick” top tier titanium pan that sticks worse than my old stainless steel pans. Handle is a “bolt on”! Bolts were loose and barely finger tightened. Very disappointed with this “market fluff” advertised rip off! I do not recommend! Buy Hexclad instead!
