I guess this german company does not deceive clients when the product they ship is really in a good condition. The left airpod they sent me was defectuous. When i put it inside of the charging case it apparently charged, but it discharged automatically after from 100% to 14 %. That happened in minutes, and still inside the charging case, while the right one was still fully charged. I did the test again and again, many times, and even used another charging case of the the same model with the same result before i decided to return them to the seller.
When i contacted them to return the defectuous airpods they told me the return was approved. To ship the airpods back I had to pay 33 euros for international post service.
When i told Oneearpod them to refund me that expense, because i should not pay for it myself, they absurdly replied me the product was in a perfect condition, to justify that they do not want to refund the shipping expenses to the customer also when the product they send is defectuous.
This lack of ethics, illegal behaviour, and money oriented politics about refunding shipping costs of defectuous products costed me 33 euros.
Of course, this implies, as well, the fact ,obvious to me, that they do not check properly the products they send before shipping, and later they do not check them either when they products are returned as defectuous.
Based on my experience, i can openly say they are not a serious and reliable company enough for me to buy from them again.

I had a ordered a replacement case (condition Brand New) for my Airpods 4 ANC. The shipment and package were great. However, the case was already paired to an iCloud account so I could not detect it in Find My.
They responded quickly to my email and I returned the package. Received a brand new case swiftly afterwards which works great.

Super fast delivery. Packaging is great, thanks for the small gift 😊. The AirPod is new, the exact same model my original airpods. I’m so satisfied.

Delivery as promised of a right earpod. Worked right away and came with good manual. I am happy again with a fully working earpod pro set.

Orderd left airpod got a right one after almost 2 weeks. Send an email asking how the process is and how to get it back right. No response so after a week. So lets do it this way. Order #72336

(Litte story): Lost my airpods charging case (lol don’t ask me how) while still having my airpods in. I have the generation 2 airpods which Apple doesn’t sell anymore. First wanted to buy a new pair, but my old ones still work fine, so why pay €200 for new ones? Asked chat gpt where I could buy an original charging case & it lead me to “One Ear Pod”. Looked up some reviews & it looked great. My experience was exactly the same! :) Fast delivery & instructions to set them up again,.. Even got a little surprise with my order (mini haribo’s) very cute :-).

Definetely recommend if you lost something from Apple, saw they also sell airpods separetely, in case you lose one, which is great as well!

AirPod Pro received in less than a week.
Perfectly working. It took me a little bit to understand how to pair it due to different firmware issue, but nothing to say about the quality and the service.

Disappointingly, the AirPod, despite numerous attempts, did not pair. On the positive side, money was refunded. Although the website says return shipping costs are covered, they do not mention the process, only giving the return address. Of course, the original shipping costs are not refunded as well, so ended up paying for two shipments for something that did not work.

Efficient ordering process, fast shipping, very good packaging, and the customer service replies very quickly to your questions.

Normally i never write trustpilot reviews but this company deserves it.
My right airpod was broken and the left was still working perfect, so i felt bad to buy a new pair untill i saw oneearpod on google.
I ordered the right airpod, got status updates every time and I got it 2/3 days later in home (living in The Netherlands) pairing was easy and its working perfect! Original Apple Airpods. NO FAKE CHEAP SHIT!!

Thanks for the great service and I can recommend this to everyone who lost or have a broken airpod.

A really easy website to navigate and great pricing. I was having issues with only one of my AirPods and did not want to buy a whole new set so this was the ideal choice. All arrived in time and the pairing process was easily done.
Would buy from them again and in particular appreciated the little surprise in my package too! :)
