Delivery was quick BUT, the main item I wanted was out of stock, but they weren't overt about that. Took my money, processed the order quickly, then advised me I wouldn't be getting the thing I wanted most. Feels like a scam, or inapt at inventory tracking. Either way, disappointing.

As soon as we identified the inventory discrepancy, we notified you via email and immediately processed a full refund of $25.46 for the unavailable item; the remaining products were dispatched without delay. We completely understand your disappointment, but we’d like to reassure you that this was never an attempt to mislead you or take payment for an item we didn’t intend to supply. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional inventory discrepancies can occur.
If you no longer wish to keep the rest of your order, we’re happy to accept the unopened and unused items back for return and issue a full refund for your order. Simply contact our customer service team sales@jerichoskincare.com.au and we’ll arrange the return for you.

Delivery was prompt - I was notified the product was prepared over the weekend which surprised me! And I am happy with the products that were sent. I've gone for the after shave cream which has a nice scent and feels nice when applied, and the black caviar moisturiser which I am also happy with.
