⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the best mascara I’ve ever used!

I’ve been using mascara for 20+ years and have tried countless luxury brands, but this is hands down the best I’ve ever come across. It gives my lashes beautiful length, volume and definition without clumping, while still feeling lightweight and natural.

I’ve finally found my holy grail mascara and won’t be looking back! ❤️

Liquid foundation gives a smooth finishing and never cakey! Makes my skin look so natural.

I requested a cancellation within 2 minutes of placing my order, but customer service refused to help. I find it hard to understand why an order could not be stopped when the request was made almost immediately.

The checkout process was also confusing, and when I contacted support to resolve the issue, I received no flexibility or meaningful assistance. Very disappointing experience and not the level of customer service I would expect.

Avoid this brand if you care about cosmetic safety. It is currently May 2026, and INIKA just shipped me a lipstick manufactured way back in 2023 that arrived completely dried out, sticky, and smelling heavily rancid. The other products I received (foundation and a promotional eye cream) are also old warehouse inventory dating back to 2023 and 2024.

When I gave customer service the batch codes to ask for the expiration dates, they dodged the question and replied:"Our products don’t carry a specific expiration date. Instead, the best way to determine if an INIKA Organic product is still fit to use is by checking the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol..."
Do they think customers are fools who will pay for expired, degraded products? The PAO symbol is completely irrelevant if the natural ingredients have already oxidized and spoiled on a warehouse shelf years before the seal is broken.

I have asked for a refund, but they are completely ignoring my emails. As other reviews have stated, there is absolutely no real customer service or return support here. I am being forced to file a bank chargeback to get my money back. Zero stars.

Very disappointed with Inika on this occasion having purchased the products for at least six years. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds on this range of products and have previously been happy. This time I purchased the new serum foundation which is absolutely awful. It literally just sits on the skin in globules not absorbing properly. Customer service just not interested blaming my application. I’ve decided I’m not going to purchase any more products from this company and move onto a different organic brand.

I received the lip crayon in honey and the clear lip serum from INIKA Organic to try and I absolutely love them both! The crayon is thick which I actually prefer because it overlines while adding the colour to the lip in one go and it lasts 🙌🏻 the lip serum goes on so nicely and hydrates the lips which is something I definitely need with any lip products. I love INIKA Organics products and highly recommend xo

I absolutely love the organic baked mineral foundation. It's so easy to use being pressed rather than loose powder. Buildable coverage that lasts all day and it's kind on my sensitive skin. The company is also committed to sustainable packaging which I particularly love.

INIKA Organic Long Lash Mascara gives my lashes the prettiest length, and the eye pencil glides on so smoothly for the perfect soft, defined look.

Luxurious lip serum
I recieved these products from INIKA as a gift to try and I’m leaving my honest thoughts.

I tried the Lip Crayon and Lip Serum and I’ve actually been really impressed with both. The Lip Crayon has such a smooth, creamy texture and glides on easily without dragging. It feels lightweight but still gives really nice colour payoff, and I like that it doesn’t dry my lips out like some other crayons do. It’s super easy to wear day-to-day and perfect for a quick, natural look.

The Lip Serum is probably my favourite. It gives a really glossy finish without feeling sticky, and it actually feels nourishing rather than just sitting on top of your lips. I’ve been reaching for it a lot, especially when my lips feel dry, because it makes them look healthier instantly.

I also love that INIKA is organic and focused on clean ingredients, it just feels better knowing what you’re putting on your skin.

Overall, both products feel high quality, easy to use, and perfect if you like natural-looking makeup with added skincare benefits. I’d definitely repurchase the Lip Serum.

As a mature woman in her 50's my skin can no longer tolerate the products I used to use. I through everything out as my pores blocked and I would get pimples under the skin within hours. So I started again. I tried a few organic trusted brands however overall all of INIKA products were perfect. I started with the moisturiser, eye liner and mascara and now I have most products. The product that really stood out compared to other organic brands was the liquid foundation range used with the INIKA application brush. You only need a small dot per side of face. The bristles are so soft on the brush that it applies perfectly. Other brushes seem to capture the foundation and you then need more to use. Try it! if you don't believe me, let me know. I have uploaded videos on my social platforms to prove it!

My experience with INIKA cosmetics has always been positive, every product I have bought has been a pleasure to use. With ease of application their foundations have a natural looking coverage, even on my 70 years skin. The best thing about this brand is the fact of knowing the products are free of harmful ingredients to the skin. It's a win, win for me.

The company has a great website layout, product is fantastic for sensitive skin and pricing is on point.

I am obsessed with the eye liner, smooth and easy to use you don’t have to press hard to get this beauty to work.
The mascara makes my long lashes look like extensions.
It is easy to use and doesn’t make your lashes look heavy.
I would absolutely recommend and will be adding this duo to my daily makeup routine….

I used the Lip Crayon & Lip Serum and together they're a dream. The Mauve shade is gorgeous and it feels really creamy and nourishing, thanks to the lovely ingredients. I love that the Serum can be reapplied as often as needed, and my lips feel lovely.

I got the Loose Mineral Foundation & Radiant Glow product from INIKA to try as a gift and I'm leaving my thoughts.
The Radiant Glow primer leaves such a beautiful glow I’ve even been using it without anything on top to give my skin a gorgeous glow. It feels super hydrating as well.
The Loose Mineral Foundation, I got the shade Grace and it’s a perfect match for my pale skin, and I love the SPF 25 addition. It goes beautifully ontop of the Radiant Glow primer

INIKA gifted me two products as a PR gifted collab the Peptide Lip Serum and the Lip Crayon in the shade Nude Tan. After trying them, I’m honestly obsessed. The lip serum feels incredibly smooth and leaves my lips soft and hydrated instantly. The Nude Tan lip crayon is buttery, blends beautifully, and I’ve been getting nonstop compliments on the shade. Such gorgeous, high‑quality products highly recommended.

The lip crayon was effortless to apply and incredibly versatile to utilise as a lip liner or smudged all over for a full lippie look. The lip serum is incredibly silky, lightweight and smoothing and provides a wonderful level of hydration. It also works as the perfect topper to the lip crayon. Love!
