Amazing quality and beautiful bedding

Nice item however lights are very dim and don’t shine bright enough to create light at night. Also self timer which is stated on the box doesn’t work on my set of lights which is a shame.

I ordered a sofa table that arrived damaged on all four edges - as it was a lacquered table safe to say these scuffs were very ugly.

When I contacted customer service, I expected them to arrange a pickup or at least offer a reasonable path to a refund. Instead, I was told I had to handle the return myself — meaning I, a single customer, would need to disassemble or somehow move a large, heavy, fully mounted table and personally transport it to a post office. I explained repeatedly that this was physically not something I could do alone, and asked for any alternative (a courier pickup, a partial refund without return, anything). They refused every time and insisted a full customer-managed return was the only way I'd see any money back!

This is a company shifting the cost and labor of their own shipping/quality failure onto the customer. A damaged product isn't something I should have to "solve" by finding a way to haul furniture across town — that's on them to fix, not me. The lack of flexibility and complete unwillingness to problem-solve made an already frustrating situation genuinely unacceptable.

I wouldn't order furniture from this company again, and I'd think twice before trusting their customer service to actually stand behind their products.

I’m a very disappointed with the product I received. It didn’t say anywhere that it was a squared mantel. I ordered the product size 140cm and I got a squared 140x140cm mantel - who has a squared table of that size? Why not to make such thing way more obvious in the product description?
Otherwise, the delivery was as expected. The product in very good conditions and nice yellow color.

I received an extremely wrinkled tablecloth (the plastic wipeable ones that you can't iron). You don't see something like that even in second hand stores. I had to pay almost 50 SEK for deliver + 50 for return.

Very disappointing! Placed an order on 22 July,which was supposed to be delivered on 28th july. Called customer service twice and haven't got any real help,still waiting for the delivery on an unknown date. Should not have ordered from them😔
