IBKbike.fr Reviews

I bought a top-quality road bike at a brilliant price. It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. On the whole, everything went smoothly, apart from a few minor issues, which were sorted out with the customer service team, who were very responsive and professional. It was my first time buying a bike online, and I'd definitely recommend IBKBike.

Fast shipment from Spain to France by UPS. Price ok. Bike as per expectations. No worries whatsoever. Recommend this shop.

scam

never again

Everything perfect !!! They shipped me bike to Slovakia. I will do business again.

GOOD TRANSACTION

Excellent company to deal with. Questions answered immediately and bike packed extremely well. Delivered in a week. Thank you.

The bike delivered was not the one proposed on the picture , missing equipements compared to picture
Not guide to mount the bike, therefore damaged mounting and i had to go to a repair shop to get it fixed
When contacted the site refused to recognize the failure.
I donnot recommed this site

I got my dream bike in quick schedule. Couldnt find this bike anywhere else

All good but shipment
Delivery with "euroshipments" too slow (2 weeks)

Perfect, good service and fast delivery

Super chaussures .
Service super

Really great and quick service. Good communication and the only site I found that had a discount on Specialized electric bikes! Very, very satisfied!
