32€ shipping cost and after 7 days still not shipped
Altough the item was ''in stock'' on their website, it was not shipped out 7 days after I paid the order. The shipping cost for an item that fits in an evelope was way too high, 32€, half the price of the item ordered. I've been told two times that they're waiting for the item to be transfered from an ''external warehouse'' which means they never had the item in stock. It's really dissencouraging for an European bussiness charging large sums for shipping and handling to not be able to deliver an item from France to Slovenia in a respectable time. For 32€ shipping fee I'd expect a nex day delivery, not two weeks of misleading information. This is the first time I've tried ordering from them, I didn't have huge expectations about the delivery time altough they charge way above normal prices, and yet, the experience was way below any standards. I ordered the item elsewhere and they shipped it in less than 24h.
UPDATE: IT STATED "IN STOCK" NOT ''available for sale" WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE THE ITEM, NOT THAT I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU TO RECEIVE IT FROM TAIWAN AND FORWARD IT TO ME.
IT IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL PUSHING YOUR SHIPPING COSTS FROM ASIA TO THE CUSTOMER. THAT'S WHY YOU CHARGE X10 FOR THE ITEM. WHY SHOULDN'T I ORDER THE ITEM FROM ASIA MYSELF AND LEAVE YOUR BUSSINES WITH EMPTY HANDS? THIS IS THE DOWNFALL OF EU COMPANIES AND YOU ARE TOO STUBBORN TO LEARN.

We would like to clarify that the product was indeed available for sale. However, like many large retailers, we operate with multiple logistics warehouses. In some cases, an item must first be transferred from one of our external warehouses to our shipping center before it can be dispatched. This is why the processing time may be longer than a direct shipment, and this information is reflected in the estimated delivery time shown before purchase.
Regarding the shipping cost, it is not based solely on the size of the parcel. It includes international transport, logistics, packaging, handling and carrier charges. Unfortunately, shipping a small item internationally does not always mean low shipping costs.
We understand that you were disappointed by the delay and regret that it did not meet your expectations. However, we do not believe that we provided misleading information, as the announced preparation and delivery times were respected.
We sincerely regret that you chose another retailer and hope that, despite this experience, you may consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

This was my first order with LVR and it was a very positive experience.
One item was out of stock, but I received an update within a few hours regarding the expected delivery time. The order was eventually shipped on that date as well.
This is most certainly not the last time I will place an order with LVR.

I purchased a DT Swiss ARC 1600…
I purchased a DT Swiss ARC 1600 wheelset from LVR Cycle, specifically requesting an XDR SRAM freehub. Instead, I received a Shimano version. After opening a support ticket, they sent the correct freehub, but when my trusted DT Swiss dealer tried to install it, they found the wheel was defective and blocked when mounted on the bike.
Since then, LVR Cycle has avoided taking responsibility. They keep telling me to handle the issue through my local DT Swiss dealer and have ignored my emails when I requested that they cover the cost of the freehub replacement and warranty handling, which my dealer is now managing.
This is unacceptable for a premium and expensive product. Poor customer support and zero accountability.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the timeline and the actions taken regarding your DT Swiss ARC 1600 Spline 50 wheelset order (CBBMEWLDW):
October 29: Order placed for a wheelset with an XDR SRAM freehub.
November 6: Initial delivery included a Shimano freehub. You reported this immediately with photos.
November 11: We sent the correct XDR freehub, which you received.
Since you were unable to install the freehub yourself, you took the wheel to your local DT Swiss dealer. The dealer found the rear wheel difficult to rotate and blocked once mounted, and began diagnosing possible hub bearing issues.
As replacement wheels can only be sent once the original is returned, we recommended activating the DT Swiss warranty through your local dealer for the fastest resolution. You agreed to this approach and requested coverage for the administrative cost charged by the dealer.
We confirmed that up to €30 would be reimbursed upon receipt of the invoice, and we are still waiting for the dealer’s invoice to process the refund. Once received, the reimbursement will be handled promptly.
We remain committed to resolving this issue and ensuring your wheelset is fully operational. All actions taken have been in line with warranty procedures and DT Swiss policies, and we continue to support you throughout the process.

29 octobre : Commande d'une paire de roues avec un corps de roue libre SRAM XDR.
6 novembre : La première livraison comprenait un corps de roue libre Shimano. Vous nous l'avez immédiatement signalé en nous fournissant des photos.
11 novembre : Nous vous avons envoyé le corps de roue libre XDR correct, que vous avez reçu.
N'ayant pas réussi à installer le corps de roue libre vous-même, vous avez apporté la roue à votre revendeur DT Swiss. Ce dernier a constaté que la roue arrière était difficile à faire tourner et se bloquait une fois montée. Il a alors commencé à diagnostiquer d'éventuels problèmes de roulements de moyeu.
Comme les roues de remplacement ne peuvent être envoyées qu'après réception de la roue d'origine, nous vous avons recommandé d'activer la garantie DT Swiss auprès de votre revendeur pour un traitement plus rapide. Vous avez accepté cette solution et demandé la prise en charge des frais administratifs facturés par le revendeur.
Nous avons confirmé qu'un remboursement maximal de 30 € vous serait accordé dès réception de la facture. Nous attendons toujours la facture du revendeur pour procéder au remboursement. Dès réception, le remboursement sera effectué dans les plus brefs délais.
Nous restons pleinement engagés à résoudre ce problème et à garantir le bon fonctionnement de votre paire de roues. Toutes les actions entreprises ont été conformes aux procédures de garantie et aux politiques de DT Swiss, et nous continuons de vous accompagner tout au long du processus.

It is true that our processing times were slightly longer than usual, but still within acceptable limits. The longest part of the delivery was the shipment to Romania, which was delivered on November 11th. 6 weekend and 3 Days for something « in stock »???
And also when I asked by messages (twice) the reason of the delay; the first time the response came verry shortely but the second time it took 19 days (question the 21th of september and answer the 1st of october) before the answer came.
