Been with ING GROUP over 29 yrs, disabled unable to travel as i was so Holiday inn took all my points away, say their criteria, they are not disability adept, their rooms are not too, shouting on the phone by their ignorant staff
Gave back last year only half points but as with courage and meds i still remain as END OF LiFE they refused to listen, my bravery rubbished by protocol
They are listed now as anti disabilled by all charities, only stay if well they are totally discriminary
Disabled Minister now aware, blocked no more ministerial stays
Scope going to video all their so called inapproriate rooms, carpets loose, dirty showers, stained floors, staff do not want to know when complain
Staffed by heatlhy people only want healthy profits

ING have locked my account while I'm I overseas and left me no access to money due to the fact I want to close my account and transfer all funds to another bank I am with, they are so desperate to keep my money they locked the account, and are making things so difficult for me to get access to it, if I could give zero stars I would do not bank with these people they are the lowest form of life on this planet

Helps scammers to steal money and do not react on abuse requests contacts promptly. Already six days of waiting with nothing but an automated response.
