Here is what they do: They are charging people to VIEW ADS for flats that may or may not be available. While simultaneously trying to get this ad removed from Trust pilot.
So rather than trying to improve their 2.1 score by rising above ànd beyond their current business practices and ethics, they are attempting to stop people from making their unethical practices known. Classic bullying tactics…

DO NOT DO business with them. No matter how innocent the transaction might look DO NOT DO. This is a predatory platform, I have never seen this TRICK before.
I subscribe to what look like a 7-day subscription just to send messages to landlords. The amount was 2 euro. This do not look in anyway as a free "TRIAL".
After that they deduct 30€ from my account !!! I did not approve this transaction, this is so bad that it makes me think now how can we trust companies with our credit cards authorization !!
In summary never give them your credit card info even if they tell you it's 0€; that is a malpractice in financial terms.

I received nothing through "secure channel"; nonetheless I sent email to support thinking that they would consider a review as shown in the reply. Instead the response was to double down, offering no follow-up.

The costumer service has been very helpful and very customer oriented. My case was looked at again and I was reimbursed. Very rare for a company to be that accommodating. It was a misunderstanding, yet I was charged but we found a very good solution.

No confirmation of payment for the intro subscription, transferred to full 30 Euro subscription without any further notice.
No confirmation of account creation.
No confirmation of anything.
Usefulness? 0. This is a predatory website. You pay a fortune to be able to contact landlords, and all that button does is lead you to another website.
Support ? Fake. Login data doesnt work on their support website. You dont have an email, so you have to go through their contact form. You cannot upload attachments even though the option is provided. You dont get confirmation email after you send your contact form.
There is a lot that is not legally conform with this website. I am expecting my refund, immosurf.

Unauthorized charges and useless service – beware!
I paid €1 to contact landlords, which supposedly gives you access for 7 days. But shortly after, the listings disappeared and I couldn't contact anyone. On top of that, they charged my account without my consent. This is completely unacceptable. The platform is misleading and seems like a scam. Avoid using this service unless you want to waste your time and money.

Hidden Charges & No Refunds – Feels Like a Scam
I registered on the Immosurf website, thinking it was a standard sign-up. Nowhere during the process was I clearly informed that this was a paid subscription.
After 7 days, I was charged without any prior notice.
When I contacted their support, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that the pricing details were in their Terms and Conditions. However, the email they sent after registration contained no mention of any fees or upcoming charges - only login details.
This practice is deliberately misleading.
Burying critical payment information in fine print while failing to notify users directly is deceptive.
User's recommendation: I consider this a fraudulent business model, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
