Zero stars. This company is not in the USA. It’s in China. My dress is nothing like the photo. They said if I take a photo of dress and shipping label I could send it back for a refund. I sent the information and they offered 10% discount. I declined. Then 20% discount. I declined. Same picture of dress on Temu for $21.00. I paid $65.00. It’s junk. Donating to Goodwill. Stay away from this website. It’s a SCAM.

If I could give zero stars, I would. One is too high for this company! Received my dress today after almost 30 days since I placed the order. What a scam! The dress is way different than in the photos! Missing beads! They manipulate their reviews or write reviews for themselves! Don't be fooled like many of us. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Bought a pair of golf shoes. They were made in China and have a complete plastic soles. Threw that junk right in the garbage. Caveat Emptor!

I returned my initial purchase because it didn't fit. I requested an exchange for the next size up. The fit of the replacement item was exactly the same as the one I'd returned. They remove the sizing tags for some unknown reason and I honestly believe they simply repackaged the same item I'd returned and sent it back to me. They refunded my money but I was out the expense of having to make two returns, which amounted to over half the amount of the item I attempted to purchase.

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience ever. If you've not yet placed an order, save yourself a headache and don't.

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals and it took 6 weeks to get them. I had to write an email which they did respond to. When shoes came the package was torn and the shoes smelled terrible. They are badly glued together and I would never wear them. Trying to get return info for a full refund. Will update if that ever happened.

I ordered on July 22nd. 2026. I keep checking the tracking and it makes no logic sense where they keep shipping it to. I’m back to it being in Arlington, Il. I should have know that it did not have any reviews that it may not be a reputable company. I never received a delivery date. I checked recently and it not a secure site. I’m so disappointed. I have to get a dress quickly for a wedding this weekend.

I just got my order! Love it!

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals. It took over s month to receive a notification that a package was delivered to my home. The package never arrived. When i contacted customer service, I was told that I was lying. She sent a confirmation delivery phito of a house that was not even close to my home address, of a package the size of a letter. I responded with a picture of my house and house number. I didn't receive an apology or a dedication to find out where my package was or offer of a refund. That was almost 1 month ago. If you value your money, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I did receive my shoes after waiting a month. Poor quality and way bigger than the size that I ordered. I am trying to send them back. Being told I must pay return shipping “and it will be high since a long distance” plus a 20% restocking fee. All of the markings on the shoes are in Chinese. So I can even figure what size I was sent. Total scam. Oh, if I will keep them they will refund 25%. Big f…ing deal. $110 pair of shoes. They are garbage.

Similar to many other customers where purchase was paid but no delivery despite claim by seller that the item has been delivered. Real scam.

I order the shoes and paid at the time of order, but the shoes never arrive despite the App says they have been delivered. I wrote to them several times and no reply from Hayes. It is definitely a scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes , they sent me tracking over the month and ended up with no product even though the tracking said it was delivered, i was home the day they say it was delivered and unless the shoes are invisible they were not delivered .i would suggest that this company is a scam and they have take my money on false pretence i hope they get theirs one day .

That looked like a cute pair of boots, but they're cut way too small. I can return them....to Asia. At my expense. Which apparently starts at $25. And it's my responsibility to track them.

Fake site. Ordered and never received the product. Contacted seller and never received a response.

This company is a SCAM ... DO NOT buy anything from them!!!
(Lesson learnt to review company reviews on Trust Pilot and do not trust any companies advertising on social media (facebook or instagram)) ... bought 2 pairs of shoes, they both came in the wrong sizes, i had to pay for return postage and even until now I still have not received any refunds. And their customer email address i have been using to correspond with them, is now not working ... my message bounced back and not sent, with the message "there has been an error. MESSAGE IS NOT SENT."
