Acceptable delivery time and good quality items
The order was delivered with a day or two delays, probably due to the fact that Havemøbelland seem to use their own trucks which could require more orders to maximize the truck load. Not an issue in itself.
Hanging Parasol and heavy tiles were delivered in perfect condition, the driver unloaded the items and placed them in an appropriate location, well organised. Overall, good service and very satisfied with the items.

The delivery person was wonderfully helpful, thank you! I also needed a little bit of help later assembling things. The customer service person was very kind and helpfull. Highly recommended!

Finally unpacked order and installed and I must say i was impressed with packing and quality of unit. It was a bit unknown having to await several weeks to unpack and install but so pleased when seen. Perfect for what we wanted.

Unit still not yet unpacked as awaiting new kitchen and dining room completion so difficult to comment yet. One thing noted 2 x packs very heavy and loaded lengthwise upright on pallets which will be difficult to handled when ready. Saying that delivery quick from order.

Great Shop. But the delivery dude.....

+ responded well and fast when i had questions
+ products are as advertised
- awful delivery experience; the dude seemed upset with me or whatever perhaps because i didn't know enough Danish to His Highness standard and despite all positives, it made me regret the purchase and especially getting the delivery. I'd rather drive 2 hours than that treatment. Or look elsewhere. Unacceptable as a paying customer.
