Asked to make DNS changes by Hostinger, which was a risk and inconveninet. Needed technical support from a human. It came from Aissam. Very good.

When you have a problem,the AI bot will waste your time.

Hostinger had deducted INR 4137 for the renewal of my domain as the auto-renewal was by default on by the Hostinger when i bought the domain first time. As per refund policy, they were not agree to refund. But when i requested again and again to customer support agent named Enobong, she requested to her Supervisor and submitted refund. She said "The Billing team will process it within 1–2 business days. Once it's on its way, please allow 5–15 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment account. She is very humble and helpful. May God bless her with all the success and happiness she deserves.

Rodrigo was very helpful and took the time to fully understand the issue instead of making assumptions. He was patient throughout our conversation and, once he understood the rendering problem, he confirmed that it appeared to be a bug on Hostinger's side and escalated it to the engineering team.

For the past three weeks, my goal has simply been to have an engineer investigate the article rendering issue. Rodrigo is the first representative who fully understood the problem and made that happen.

Once I learned how Hostinger works to develop my websites, it is a very good service. Most of it is very straightforward in its application.

I use it primarily for our congregation's website and a personal website for biblical studies and other related material.

I found the support to be frustratingly slow and often unhelpful. It took ages to resolve my issue, which was really disappointing.

I've had a great experience with Hostinger. I moved a clients services first, and I was so impressed I moved my own. The built in AI management and support tool has been a huge help. Even with the difference in needs with my client, and my business, I have found Hostinger to meet all our needs 100%

I was stuck in something and project was delayed. I tried multiple ways to fix it but I couldn't do it. Spoke with Yvette via chat and she helped fix everything. She has been patient and took time to understand everything. Eventually she resolved the issue which resulted in completion of the project for my client. Yvette, you are a star and amazing help

I am having a terrible experience with hostinger and its agents. I would like to warn people seeing this that do not ..especially as a beginner, use the AI theme. Hostinger will advertise as it is easy and very useful for the user , but in the long run, when you the theme updates etc, you will come across problems that agents won't help you at all, now you have wasted your money and time setting up your website that could stop working at any time.. terrible service and agents that dont bother to follow up. This is my SECOND complaint about this, nothing has been done. No agents have been assigned specifically for the AI theme users. It is not easy, it is not good for the long run and yes you will have to pay extra in the long run by outsourcing a different developer from a different platform. DO not use the AI theme.. its not easy and it is a waste of time in the long run, if i could give 0 stars, I would.

Hostingers support was great and i managed to get website, emails and AI bots working smoothly.
