I am having a terrible experience with…

I am having a terrible experience with hostinger and its agents. I would like to warn people seeing this that do not ..especially as a beginner, use the AI theme. Hostinger will advertise as it is easy and very useful for the user , but in the long run, when you the theme updates etc, you will come across problems that agents won't help you at all, now you have wasted your money and time setting up your website that could stop working at any time.. terrible service and agents that dont bother to follow up. This is my SECOND complaint about this, nothing has been done. No agents have been assigned specifically for the AI theme users. It is not easy, it is not good for the long run and yes you will have to pay extra in the long run by outsourcing a different developer from a different platform. DO not use the AI theme.. its not easy and it is a waste of time in the long run, if i could give 0 stars, I would.

AI website has a lot of problems.

The AI hostinger theme has a lot of problems, especially when it gets updated, things change within your site that a beginner is unable to solve. When you talk to the agents, some help.. and fix issues with your site and others tell you its out of their scope and you should outsource a developer, which is insane because they advertise the theme as if , it would be easy and no problems will occur with it, but now, you have to pay extra developers because of the problems with the theme, they don't disclose(disclaimer) that they cant help you with certain things that goes wrong with the site. I genuinely feel that this is false advertising and they should disclose(disclaimer) to users that helping with the AI made site, is out of their scope.

Diana was a joy to communicate with

Diana was a joy to communicate with. She handled my matter with such speed and efficiency. Diana is emphatic and considerate, which overall shows her human side. Which highlights that she can understand the users concerns. On top of that, Diana was able to provide me with the information to even more understand my problem. She resolved my issue within an hour, something that was troubling me for weeks! I rate her 100/10. She has truly broken the scale. :)
