I purchased two. One for myself and another for my mum. We both love the zipper front. Warm, comfortable and easily washed. Great value for money.

horrible customer service
As happens ordering on line , you don’t exactly know about the quality. This product was soooo below what I expected, but the worst part was the horrible customer service. Now, after complaining, they are threatening me. It is quite unnerving when you get such aggressive correspondence, I feel very intimidated and distressed.

I have purchased 3 previous Hoodie Haven Hoodies.
I was so excited to see a Hoodie with a zip.
The pink Hoodie is of the same gorgeous quality.
Absolutely the must have for winter . My fave is the Starry Nites grey.
My problem is my own fault. I did not consider that I am only 158cm tall. and my last hoodie, I had to take up.
This was most successful, and gives a wide beautiful border at the bottom. The zip in my new arrival poses a problem.To take my hoodie up. Would be difficult and ugly.
So it may be something us shorties must think of.
I am 82yrs of age and I think your product is amazing.
