Unpleasant so far, your discount code didn’t work.,

I like your products but the last I ordered didn't fit well and after I wore it a few times and came to that conclusion, it was past your return time. I'm gonna try this different size and see if the fit is any better.
The bra I really wanted isn't "ready" yet and may not be available in my size. Thewebsite was confusing and I did not want a $24/yr subscription. It took quite a few keystrokes to figure out how to remove it from my order.

The Honeylove website is easy and stress free. I bought the Crossover bra. It was delivered quickly. The bra itself is very comfortable and does provide support and lift. I’ll definately buy another!

I was skeptical of all the hype about this bra but it does everything claimed. Support without wire, smooth back and underarm, and soooo comfortable. Well done!

I enjoy shopping the Honeylove site! There’s always something new that I want to try- and the size range is terrific. I am a 70+ year old, and my body doesn’t look like I did at 30, but the undergarments fit perfectly or I can send them back for exchange- which I haven’t done as the fit works for me. I appreciate that I can look smooth and curvy in a dress.

Your site asked if I wanted a 15% discount. Of course I did. I filled out my phone # but never got the code. I ordered anyway because I’m desperate for a decent fitting bra, but very disappointed in your lack of follow thru.

My only issue was when I was checking out. I was ready to click the purchase button, but it wouldn't accept my phone number. I don't know how many different ways I tried entering it but it wouldn't work. I finally gave up and ordered a bra from another company. Then your email came saying "don't miss out on free shipping" so i went back to your website. My number still wouldn't work so I entered my sister's number and it was fine. Had it not been for that email about free shipping, you would have lost a sale.

I like the product I ultimately purchased but have been very frustrated with the inability to speak to a live person about a delivery delay and sizing questions. I ordered two Soft Form bras, same size 32F ( from Honeylove sizing chart.) One came in S+ which was too big so I had to return and the other in M (36 b,c) which fit much tighter and better. I have never purchased a 36 band, always a 32, totally perplexing!

It was easy finding what I was looking for. Sometimes ordering items without trying them on can be difficult. I liked that a recommendation was given on sizes based on my selection.

I think the website is really chic, easy to use. I love the pictures and the amount of sizing but there are two things missing for me that made this a five star experience. One was with the actual differences between the bras other than the cut, I wish there was like a short description of every bra that talks about the amount of padding, what type of shirts it is best with, maybe what occasions. The second thing that I wish there was is the sizing when you click on what is my size you still have to know what cup and band size you are but personally I haven’t bought a bra in years so I needed to remeasure and use a different website that converted the measurements into bra size, so it would have been nice if that was something on your website as well. But overall, I think it was a really good experience and I enjoyed shopping.

It was so much easier to find what I wanted and place the order than it was on other sites. Once I received the product, I could tell what good quality it was. The cups are a little small, but I refuse to go bigger than DDD(F).

First let me say that I have been disappointed with my bra choices for a very long time. I finally took a chance on "Honeylove". I am so happy that I did. For the first time ever, I am comfortable wearing a bra. It is so nice. It fits so great. Thank you for following your dream and making a such a great product.
