Worst experience ended getting a refund poor customer service

The pads fit on to our Omron tens well and are a much better size for back of neck than the larger OEM pads. They curl a bit at the edges but that may be due to the position on the neck, will need to use them on other parts of the body to see if it is for this reason or that they aren't as adhesive as original pads. Order & delivery was very simple and quick.

Ordered last week, was meant to be express posted within 1-3 days no response to email, text sent as well just simply no response. I sent emails on the 28/8. Sent a text to number on invoice no response then sent a further email 30/8. So to say you responded is such a lie. You responded after I went to seek a refund,

Love that the company replied on the day I lodged this complaint to say they were confused as they had told me see email below rubbish!!!

Not a good experience

Unfortunately, my experience with HoMedics has not been good.

I purchased the Inner Ear TENS Machine Electrodes for tVNS (Choncha) to use with my MH-8000 TENS machine. However, I only received the silicone ear/concha pieces. The connecting electrode leads/cables required to connect them to the TENS machine were not included.

I contacted HoMedics on their website twice to clarify what was missing and to request the appropriate cables, but I have received no response at all.

It’s disappointing, particularly for a product specifically marketed for use with TENS machines. I expected the complete product and, at the very least, a response to my enquiries.

I have not received my order and I have not even received information about despatch of the order or tracking information.

I did not receive my product. Their phone was disconnected. They did not return my email.
As far as I know, it is a scam

They finally reached out to me, told me it was on back order.

I will amend my comments and score once I have the working unit in my hands.

Great service and quality products

Delay and gave me a gift for the delay. So kind!

Purchased the multi stim device for intended purpose of VNS a little over a week ago. No way to turn amps down to use for vagal nerve stimulation and it is way too strong. I’ve sent 3 emails and called their customer service line and have had zero response. Website states they accept returns but seems they do not want to return the device. Very disappointing experience and now out of pocket nearly $300 for something I cannot use for what I bought it for.

My item never arrived. I reached out multiple times with no answers. Such a scam

I found the website easy to use and the products on offer were reasonably priced.

As always the team at Homedics were excellent with fast delivery and a bonus git of EMS pads with the order. The products are the best quality and I will always go to Homedics for these items.

I hopped on to buy a couple of the longer iStim. I have bought iStim before & love the silk ones. While looking through the pads I came across the Premium Multi-Area Adjustable Conductive TENS Back Garment. Oh my goodness I LOVE IT. It covers more area, it’s supa comfortable & I am a bigger person & it fits with more room available. I plan on buying another one. The Delivery was fast. I really can’t tell you just how much I love this. It lasts forever,no more buying sticky pads. I am so glad that I found it. AAAAAA+++
