Wish I found these reviews first! The ones on the website are fake. Package said it had been delivered- nothing arrived, emailed - no response. Started claim through credit card, they responded and refunded the same day. Shocking to think what would have happened if I hadn’t put claim in. Don’t waste your time!

I bought a bag by credit card on the 5th July. I sent numerous emails to them as it took over a month for the bag to arrive. I contacted them today to ask where my bag was and sure enough it said on the tracking information it was delivered at 16.38. I emailed them at 14.45! I have had no response. I got in touch with Royal Mail near me and they had no tracking information for the number I gave them and have asked my neighbours both sides and no luck. I feel really stupid that I could have been scammed in this way and I’m only glad I bought one item. Please do not buy from here. You will wait an eternity for a product that will never materialise. I don’t know how they get away with it.

, they had been updating fake tracking for over a month ,.said it was at my local sorting centre. Has Been out for delivery for two days! And today i went to check and they have deleted my account hahahaha. I recommend starting.a charge-back immediately . They are literally just stealing. I have not seen a single person receive a bag from this company, and i searched the web. Fake customer service emails and no contact Information. If your still not sure, try sending an email before you buy. You will get nothing back. Terrible people. Thiefs are amongst the lowest type of humans. Also report the site to action fraud uk
We need it taken down to help these young girls who dont know better. They made the site look so genuine its sick.

I would like to know why you guys think it’s okay to steal money from people. You guys should be ashamed of the shit you put people through. I have waited over 45 days for my parcel to arrive to only say “delivered” with no proof of delivery! Or even seeing the parcel in flesh. I don’t know why you think it’s okay !!!!
I have sent of 16 emails, to the customer service and yet I’ve received not a single reply bag! I want my god damn refund back this is a joke!

Don’t buy bags from KaDeWe online shop!!!!!!!
For my Order 139100-1013619 I was waiting more than one month without any information. Tracking number says it was delivered successfully, but I didn’t receive anything at all!!!!
I wrote several emails, but ZERO, no order, no response, no refund!!!

You will always find something there to buy. They sell brands you find nowhere else. For Christmas you can just spend a couple of hours there and you will find something for everyone and save the hustle to go somewhere else.

I had never expected such poor customer care as I am experiencing right now from KaDeWe online store. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (Bestellnummer: E00647346) on 17.01.2024, and wanted the parcel to be delivered to my friend's address as I was abroad at that time. I put proper delivery data while ordering but KaDeWe's system placed my name (not Dominika's) on the shipping label. On Fri 19th the courier went to her place, talked to her but could not leave the parcel as her name was not on it. The parcel went back to KaDeWe's warehouse (reached it Mon 22 Jan) and nobody, nobody responses to my phone calls, my numerous emails, my social media messages. What is going on? Are you planning to send the parcel again? WHEN? Or maybe send me the money back? I also got an email receipt for only one product but ordered and PAID FOR 2! can you contact me? This is insane, have you just stolen my 630 EUR??? I will report it for sure.

I made a order at 05.01.2023 and i have an automatic reply at 16.01.2023 that they dont have the item in stock,they never reply to my email that i send around 12.01.2023 because 7 days passes and the delivery must arrived,they never open the phone,they do not answer on social network,the order was gift and not just a product and i wanted explain for the other product if they will send the other part but i still do not have a response,i have made another order and the status of shippment is same as first order NEW...they did not shipp it too

My experience with KaDeWe is more than just positive. Unfortunately, I can only award 5 stars! You definitely deserve more!

I ordered the goods on 8 December and was told that delivery could take 5-7 days.

The parcel arrived at midday today, very well packaged and with a KaDeWe paper shopping bag, including a bow :) and a card with the following contents: parcel contents list, delivery note, return form + DHL return sticker and instructions on how to return the goods.

As I said, everything was neatly wrapped in a wonderful thank you card from KaDeWe! The card is labelled with a QR code.

I am absolutely thrilled and can only warmly recommend the online shop!

You can't run an online shop more professionally than this. Hats off!

Sold me an item,took my money from my account only to be told two days later that the item i had purchased and paid for was not in stock! Just a big dissapointment all around.If an item is not available for purchase please stop advertising it to your customers as if it is!

It's incredible that a luxury store has such poor shipping management 📦 there are stores that are smaller that completely exceed them, now with my case I bought a t-shirt on July 11 and it took about 6 days for them to announce the shipment that was the July 18 and until now it is still in the same situation, I called the store and they said they would refund, however they returned 70% of the money 💰 I don't know what to think of this store and on its customer page it says that it has already been delivered, honestly I am quite disappointed and I repeat it is a luxury store ... what can you expect I do not recommend it, its only excuse is to say that you wait because there is a lot of traffic and shipments 📦
