I am a first time buyer with very limited knowledge about mortgages. Abby was a really great help in making sure I got sound advice and in finding me a great mortgage. Sharon made sure I knew what was required of me and they both kept me updated and helped with any queries I had quickly and smoothly which made the experience low stress and simple. The online dashboard made it easy to provide and keep track of the necessary documentation. I have had a really good experience and I'm very grateful for all their help and support.

Greg and Alasdair from the Baillieston office were very helpful when helping me re-mortgage my home. I am confident Greg got me the best deal available as even after the initial recommended offer, he came back with a better rate. They were very responsive when I had questions about the process. As first-time buyers, we were expecting the mortgage and home-buying process to be complicated and stressful, but Molly and Stuart made the whole experience so much easier than we could ever have imagined.

Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and having Molly and Stuart supporting us made such a difference. They didn't just help us arrange a mortgage — they helped make what could have been a very daunting experience feel straightforward, manageable and even enjoyable.

We were placed with Rachael and Lianne to sort our mortgage application and building and contents insurance. For what was already a stressful experience buying our first home, both Rachael and Lianne made this part of the process a complete breeze! They were always contactable and provided us with updates without us asking, they answered all our questions promptly and even looked for better deals for us whilst the process was ongoing. We couldn’t recommend first mortgages enough, especially for first time buyers!

First Mortgage in Tollcross have been excellent. I am not from the UK and had a portion of my deposit coming from overseas which complicated matters. Stuart and Marica were so incredibly helpful and provided lots of updates and despite getting rejected from one mortgage application I was approved and got a better rate than expected. I am now settled into my first place and thrilled to no longer have to pay rent.
