Fantastic customer service and kept updated throughout

Mortgage advisor was lovely and efficient as was our case worker. Every thing was well explained and the portal was easy to use.

I have what I believe is the perfect solution to my needs .I’m extremely happy with the whole process so far .

Poor experience with the advisor we were allocated. The initial affordability tool online looked promising- we put in every detail for all the credit commitments we had and it showed us that our affordability was more than we needed so we booked a call and went forward with L&C. Initially it all looked positive and then it went downhill. Perhaps the advisor was inexperienced but he came back with ONE offer that was significantly below what was shown on the affordability tool and what we needed. When we asked if there was anyone else he could approach or try his response was merely "sorry no thats it". This was disappointing especially as we went with a different broker in the end who did get us what we needed. We do not recommend L&C and also feel the Online tool despite carefully adding all details is misleading.

I had terrible service. Made an appointment, the mortgage advisor promised to come back but didn’t. Instead, they sent me a link asking for more information but this had initiated another appointment. The second advisor was not helpful. I tried to register a complaint but was put on hold forever.
