Do not miss this!!! The emersive media art experience is amazing and a special something is included for the kids!! Prepare to be awed! To balance things out, there is the Muse de Orsay exhibit. Not pictures in frames on the wall. Pictures are huge! They highlight one era at a time and 3 artists from that era. This is a huge room and everything is projected (somehow?) on the walls!! Education is given about each. Really informative and I felt like I could walk into the paintings!!? LOVED THIS MUSEUM!!

The artifacts and 3D movie are spectacular by themselves. You've got to do virtual reality tour. It's the icing on the cake.

Second time seeing this- I’ll never get…
Second time seeing Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy bought my tix on Fever - this- review was PROMPTED don’t know how they get away with saying it’s “unprompted” but literally got an email (prompt) asking me to leave a review (prompt) so here it is. I’ll never get tired of this FUN EVENING and I’ll go every time they come through.

Give a refund please!!
For the 3rd time we got notified that the event we purchased tickets for has been postponed shortly before going. Will not refund our money just keeps giving us vouchers. Leaving us to cancel hotels and scramble to get refunds from them. This has taken place at Boston events. I feel if you can’t supply the tickets refund the money period!!!

Purchased tickets for Smithsonian…
Purchased tickets for Smithsonian starstruck event at Science Museum London and the event was cancelled as the organisers could not get a reliable internet connection. Was promised a refund at the event but have been trying for two weeks now. We didn’t want a another ticket for the show (we are from Belfast and show is in London) and we don’t want to attend another show in Belfast -
But they are steadfastly refusing a refund.
I don’t think is lawful. Going to try a chargeback or small claims.
The tickets were over £50 and i’m being ghosted by their customer service team.

If I could give no stars i would.. I had a message to say the Portsmouth sail gp event seating has changed. I still haven't received my new seat allocation. Im still waiting 10 days later and its only a few days to an event I have a long drive to. I have chased and chased. There is no guarantee my seat will have the same view. Disappointment is so high. This was part of a special birthday present for my husband

Was very well put together & everything was magical! Perfect for all Harry Potter fans & also for those still learning about him. Lots of explanations for the uninitiated!!
Parking & mini buses worked perfectly. No waiting either end & parking easy at S & R Orchard.

Able to change my booking at no charge
Made a mistake in booking for the M C Escher exhibition at Somerset House - assumed that was money wasted. Instead found that Fever allowed me to change the date of my visit at no extra charge - what a pleasant surprise and well done Fever / Somerset House.

Suspect pricing practices
I wanted to change my event time to a later time. The new ticket cost was $ 10 less per ticket than the original purchase. The site says no refunds; however, when checking out, I was charged an additional $6... The math doesn't math.
