I found Fabletics.com some time ago. And I became very interested. At that time, I didn't know there is also a department in Europe.
So happy I found them some months ago. It takes some extra time for the items to be delivered (it goes via an extra delivery company) but the items are worth the wait.

Bad mobile webshop experience
The mobile Webshop is barely usable.
Every second step in the checkout process is buggy (e.g. adding a new delivery address), every page load takes forever.
If it wasn’t for their uniquely well fitting leggings I would never recommend.

The worst experience with online-shopping ever
It was like a scam. I just became VIP-Member without knowing anything, no words, no explaination :) when i automatically had to pay 54,94€ for that membership, i wrote an email to the customer service, they explained that’s i’d became vip-member so that 54,95€ will stay in my account for the next purchase. Well no thanks, i said i just need my money back bcs your products sucks. So they sent me a link with unavailable cookies, after 2 days I finally got in the chat-border but there was no “send” button lmao. Btw, i also called them and guess what, they said that they couldnt hear me clearly and just hang up 👌 Now i have to find a way to get my money back :) wish me luck against this

As soon as our customers use the discounted price or a VIP offer, the VIP conditions come into effect accordingly. We have put the explanation of VIP on the entire right half of the screen in your shopping cart and asked our customers to confirm the purchase as a VIP at the checkout.
Our VIP membership comes with many advantages and with only one obligation - you have to skip the month to avoid being charged. Then you keep all the benefits, but your membership remains free. If you don't skip and then have a credit on your profile, it can be redeemed for one item or a 2-piece outfit up to €80.
It's a shame that you don't like our program and that you call us a scam.

Difficulty purchasing and credit disappearing
Initially I wanted to place the order on the 2nd, and while I was placing the order my membership credit disappeared, then I was getting error messages about payments, basically I could not purchase.
So I had to wait 2 days for the system to behave as expected.
I do find that being redirected to see other products when I explicitly click on the card is not a good flow and is causing me not to want to buy Fabletics products, even if I know they are good products.
Also it took more than 24 hours for the system to update my request of pausing membership, requested it on 2nd of Nov and receiving confirmation on 3rd of Nov.

Ordering is horrible
Ordering is horrible, once you are a member you are no longer eligible for any sales or promotions, and after cancelling your membership, it is almost impossible to redeem your coupons. Customer service is absolutely useless, I have wasted HOURS waiting in line to speak with someone, have them confirm *multiple times* that my order has been placed, and then nothing comes in the mail.

Illogical Customer Service
They are the most illogical company in relation to Customer Service. If you get your items then count yourself privileged and lucky. I cannot understand how they are operating with their current customer service operations. I cannot even begin to review their clothes BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THEM AFTER PAYING FOR THEM!

To start I want to say I’ve never…
To start I want to say I’ve never written a bad review in my life but this is just really not okay.. I couldn’t pause the month because I was in a country where the website didn’t work. (I asked a friend to do it for me & she thought she did but she actually didn’t) so when I got back to Germany I contacted fabletics and explained to them what happened in hopes that they would refund me my money for that month. They didn’t, which was upsetting especially knowing that they are able to and have refunded the monthly credit to a friend of mine before. Anyways, I had a couple items I wanted to buy totaling around 50€ so I was just going to buy them with my credit but I couldn’t. You can only use the 50€ credit on ONE item. That is reductions. I would have gotten 5 items for 54,45€ But instead of being able to use the 50€ I already paid and paying an extra 4,45€ difference I had the option on using my 50€ credit for ONE of the items, having to pay the rest. Unfortunately I will never be shopping with fabletics again.

If you are abroad, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, so that we can skip the month for you in the system, without fearing if it has been done properly.
A VIP credit has a total value of up to 80€ and can be used for purchase of one item or a 2-piece outfit of your choice. Unfortunately some sales and promotions cannot be combined with the credits, while others can. Please always read the promotional terms. Credits can usually not be combined with extreme sales, but the prices are therefore unbeatable.
In order to make it easier for customers to shop with credits, these credits are to be viewed as units worth up to €80 and cannot be broken apart. We are really sorry that this didn't appeal to you.
Please feel free to contact our customer support or our Social media team per Facebook or Instagram if there is anything else we can help you with.
We would be happy to welcome you again one day as a happy buyer in our shop.
