not only did i get brand new products that had holes in them after one wear, i had to deal with an automated system rather than actual customer service. product is not worth the price

I love the gymshark brand and have ordered several times through here. I’ve only ever had an issue losing items in the mail twice but every time customer service has always been very reassuring and accommodating and quick with their response. This is one of the many reasons I will continue to shop here!

Wow! Easy to find how to get help, return and more. I didnt find it difficult and im very pleased with how fast and nice it went! I had a faulty item, and they shipped me a new one! Very happy:)

I decided to make my first order from GymShark, threw away a lot of clothes that were made from polyester so I went randomly on GymShark website to see what they got. I found 4 nice looking long sleeve shirts and they were made from Cotton/Nylon and decided to order, I used sizing from their website so I would order true to size or size bigger. All came quick, I made order on Monday but very late (22:00 approximately) and I got my stuff on Friday. I quickly tried everything on and I immediately felt like this is IT! Perfect look and fit so I was very happy. Only thing I can't give feedback on is the quality yet but I will update my review in next month or two when I start actively using this shirts and I do few washes.

Took over a week to realize an item was out of stock. The agent made it sound like they would only check when the product was outside of the delivery window. The product was due September 2 at the latest and had not shipped when I inquired September 1.

Worst customer service. Very slow responses. Takes a while for a resolution to come out.

Gym shark are by far one of the best customer service teams I have encountered. The clothing is always highest quality and the customer team have immediately resolved any issues I've had with delivery.

My parcel was supposed to arrive over a week ago and it’s still not been delivered

The parcel wasn’t delivered! When I contacted gym shark I was only able to communicate with a “bot”
This company use Evri courier. I eventually found they had left my parcel in an out house of a random farm about a mile from my property!
I asked for a refund for the inconvenienc, which was denied as I located the parcel ( it was a
Gift that arrived a week too late) I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded as I had to track down the property via a local face book page and collect the parcel. This was also denied!
As yet I have been unable to communicate with a real person and will never use or recommend using this company again!
I don’t know what the quality of this item was like as I didn’t open it
