Damaged wood, awful customer service, sent more wood with more damage. Took a month to arrive. No partial refund or no support. Avoid Avoid!

We ordered a large garden playset for our childs second birthday. We ordered and we're given no date for delivery, only to find out this is strangely on their product page and not sent with the order confirmation.
We were given very little updates and ended up waiting a month for the item to be delivered.

When the item came, it did not come with most of the bits in 80% of the pictures on the product page on the website. I.e phone/steering wheel/viewing tube.
The wood came with many chipped or cracked pieces.

Then when building it quickly became apparent that we were missing items for the swing set. We contacted and they said they would send replacements out. Again no rough delivery date and no further contact. For the price it is horrendous customer service and product. You would expect this when buying from a cheap place and not somewhere where you are spending £500 minimum. Wouldn't order again and certainly won't be recommending them.

Crooked company that asks for opinions before the products arrive so they get good opinions.

Be sure to check the opinions of those who have already received the product, there very few positive ones.

The product is really not what is described in their website and it is not of good quality. You would have to prepare and drill the wood, fix all the broken pieces and find new screws since theirs are too small

From start to finish its been a mixed bag.
Order went through ok, delivery was fine, building the climbing frame was tricky but we got it done.
The kids absolutely love the climbing frame/ swings, so its been a good purchase.
However our slide has started breaking at the mounting points- it has only been up 1 month. I have tried to use the contact form- says its sent on the main page, but flags up on a pop up that the email has not been sent. Rang the helpline- was meant to receive an email within 5 minute's....still waiting.

If someone has a way to successfully get in contact to raise a complaint /issue I would be very grateful!

The whole company is a joke!
Order took several weeks more than it was promised!
After I have eventually managed to get through the phone (using a "I want to order" method rather than "I already bought something") the lady over the phone was absolutely arrogant.
I have told her to cancel my order and she asked me to send an email regarding this.
APPARENTLY after a couple minutes I've received a separate email saying my order is scheduled for next week.
It has arrived.... WITH MISSING PIECES.
Any other mails sent been ignored. No communication at all!!!
So to make it clear... My daughter's birthday gift arrived nearly 2 months late, not complete and it's still not built after another couple weeks as we don't have a missing pieces.
Nearly a 1k spent on nothing but a rubbish.
I will be contacting legal advice to get the money back and hopefully others will be smarter than me to check all the reviews before ordering.

And they delete your Facebook comments (only the true/not good for them ones)

Easy to find the right play equipment and all information on what to include

The website was easy to navigate and the ability to be able to compare the many choices we had for climbing frames by having the specific page dedicated to comparing our many favourites of your frames made the whole decision making that much more enjoyable.

Order a “Chalkboard” and a piece of plastic arrives with 3 pieces of wood. Completely false advertising and not a chalkboard at all. Slide also came damaged. Disgraceful. Customer service only open until 12 noon from 8am. Phoned Fatmoose and emailed but no response.

Easy to navigate and great changeable options.

Really easy shopping options. Ironically we were stuck between 2 products one from Fatmoose and the other from their sister company Wickey. Overall the bold Barron XXL had the best fit for our garden and kids play space. Easy to select what I was looking for and complete the ordering. Ideally some companies do have quicker delivery and the anchor kits seem a little overpriced.

Hassle free, nice discount

Have emailed twice this week reporting missing parts to complete our project. No reply! Tried putting a comment on Facebook which was taken down immediately. Very disappointed as the playhouse and climbing frame would look amazing if we can get it finished but so far my experience dealing with the issues is extremely disappointing! Worse still is the kids can’t play on it until
It’s safe to do so!

Navigation through the website was smooth, options for colours, modules, and image selection is very user friendly. Very much looking forward to receiving the product and installing it for my children to have unlimited fun!

Excellent website,quick and easy to use. Clear dimensions and platform height indication made choosing the right set for our daughter.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have ordered through this company and spent £1,500 on a climbing frame and received no communication. The phone lines have been shut down and therefore I believe this is a scam or the company has gone into administration. I am now seeking legal advice to get my money back.

All the positive reviews are about the website being great not from people who've built it!!!

It came in a million pieces, wood covered in mould and cracked. Took about 100 hours to build and needed a very skilled and well equipped handyman to do it.

It's too flimsy for older children, so we've had to ban our older kids from using it which is so sad.

It's the most disappointing £1k we've ever spent.

Whatever you do - but something much better from another company.

So far so good! Be even better if we get a 100% refund for this review.
Order was easy. Good sale value. Website clear about necessary extras.

Good website, lots of options. Delivery will take some time- about a month so be aware.
