The company refused my refund twice
The company refused my refund twice, on 4 and 6 September, with the same wording both times. Neither reply addressed the missing withdrawal information or gave the time of transmission to IRCC — which their own refund policy makes the deciding factor.
Absolute scam of a website
Absolute scam of a website. AVOID! Use the official Government website as it's only 7 CAD.

Fast Results anf Excellent Transparency
Took 9 hours start to finish. The company is clear about what they are: a service provider, not the government. They facilitate quickly, transparently, and deliver results. Wroth every penny of the premium.
Avoid at ALL costs
If I could give zero I would. This company needs shutting down, incredibly corrupt and as many have said - hide fees on a transaction that can be done on the gov website for $7. They are then evasive when you complain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scam.
ZERO Stars if possible
BE WARNED: The website mimics the official Canadian government layout, making users believe they are on the official portal.
It has hidden costs and advertises the standard $7 CAD entry fee, but final charges often exceed £100, without clear warnings.
I emailed them with 10 minutes and did receive a reply a few hours later and the support team refuses cancellation and my refund requests.
False price
Made to believe the cost is only 7CAD, only if you click a drop down does it say 130USD
They are scammers
This is a scam site
This is a scam site. Luckily my bank stopped the payments going through. They tried to take $130. It's not the offical site. Avoid at all costs.
got scammed like everyone else and…
got scammed like everyone else and unable to be refunded :(
I was yet another victim of these…
I was yet another victim of these despicable people who exploit the confusion surrounding the application process to steal money. They disguise themselves as a legitimate company, take people’s money, and then leave their customers with no recourse. I hope that one day they are held accountable for their actions. In the meantime, let’s not allow people like this to ruin our travel plans. There are still more good people than bad in this world.
Same scam as reported by everyone else
Same scam as reported by everyone else. Charged 115 euro thinking as stated on their form the cost was 7 can dollars. Tried to cancel 2 hours later which they refused 3 days later. Got my own ETA from the official government was 7 dollars within mi utes. Why doesn't google search engine or the canadian goverment stop these parasitic frauds?
SCAM!!!!
SCAM!!!!! Do not click in the 1st option google gives you to get your ETA!!!!! Google should not be allowing this scam!!!!! They pay to be positioned in the 1st place so you click it and think it is tue official Government page. They do not tell you they will charge you 130 USD! Until you put your credit card number
I believed this to be a genuine site
I believed this to be a genuine site. Showed $7CAD charge and charged just under £100! I have raised a scam case with my bank who will ensure I get a refund. Absolutely misleading and it should not be allowed. Avoid!
Can I give 0 star?!
Can I give 0 star? As everyone else, we were made to believe this is the official government website, thinking 'fees' meaning the conversion rate just to be charged an addition +100. DO NOT USE!
Fake website - scammed
Scam. Unfortunately I fell for it. Very misleading website, where they show that the fee is $7 CAD, and then you have to click on a dropdown button to see their hidden fees, which bring the cost to $130 USD.
I'm not sure whether they're:
a) A legitimate, overpriced middleman, who will genuinely put my ETA application through
b) A complete scam which I won't get an ETA out of
It's a very stressful situation to be in. Canada govt should be tearing down these websites.
Scam! Reported to Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre!
This company is fraudulent - they present themselves as the official website to get a Canadian ETA but charge an additional ~$120 (the official IRCC only charges $7CAD) AND, as far as I can tell, don’t actually submit applications, or at least submit them in a very leisurely time frame. I applied for an ETA on 06.08.26, and as of 14.08.26 have had no confirmation that my application has even been submitted to the IRCC. I applied through the official IRCC website immediately when I realised this was a scam, and my application was processed in minutes. I had to email EVisa Can twice before I received a response, in which I was effectively told ‘sucks for you’ and that it is not their policy to issue refunds. So I've taken it up with both my bank and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, but I’m not holding my breath. What a bunch of soulless parasites.
It's a scam. Run away.
It's a complete scam.
They're not an official website and yet they use every right logo. They're charging $130 for the VISA. Avoid at all cost. Those guys should be in prison
