Company products are great and the Internal logistics is also ok
Oly Hungarian Post as a courier provided unacceptable service. Fire them out.

I was not sure exactly what to order for a slightly untraditional project, so I sent an email describing my project and asking what to order. I got a long email with recommendations and a few instructions and hints in return. Love that customer service is done by real people and not a generic AI.

Great fast email responses and quick delivery.

I ordered this limewash in “Brun terre,” expecting the soft light beige‑brown shown in the product video on the website. What arrived was nothing like it. On the wall it came out a deep, dark brown with several shades off from what was advertised and the consistency was extremely watery, far thinner than a limewash should be to build any proper coverage.

Worse, the colour did not hold. As it dried it shifted unevenly into mossy green and yellow tones, leaving a patchy, discoloured finish rather than the uniform chalky matte a limewash is supposed to deliver. This isn’t a case of limewash’s normal, subtle variation; it’s a fundamental colour failure. The result was completely unusable, and I will not be putting it on the walls of my home.

For a product sold on the strength of its appearance, having the delivered colour diverge this far from the listing, and then drift into entirely different hues as it cure is a serious quality problem.

I would not recommend this paint, and I’m requested a refund and got a decline....

1 star — Apparently keeping unwanted products is the “solution”

I ordered £94.98 of paint from EPODEX’s UK website and emailed to cancel two days later, before delivery.

Their response? The parcel had already been dispatched, so they couldn’t cancel. They then told me returning it to Germany could cost roughly HALF the order value and recommended I keep products I no longer need.

If UK customers have to return orders to Germany at their own expense, make that unmistakably clear before checkout. I certainly wasn’t aware of it when ordering.

To top it off, they offered 10% off my NEXT purchase. Why would I spend more money with a company after this experience?

I understand a parcel already in transit may be impossible to stop. But suggesting I keep an unwanted £94.98 order because returning it is so expensive is an incredibly disappointing response. A future discount does absolutely nothing to resolve my current problem.

Very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering again.

I recently decided to renovate my bathroom/kitchen, and after extensive research into alternatives to the costly and laborious process of replacing tiles, I chose EPODEX tile paint. I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled with both the result and the process!
Here are a few key reasons why this paint deserves a perfect score:
• Incredible coverage: I had old, dark, and rather unattractive tiles. The EPODEX paint worked wonders after just the first coat, and after the second, the finish looked completely professional and uniform. The paint creates an incredibly smooth, durable, and modern glossy or matte finish that completely hides the old color and patterns.
• Extremely easy application: I’m not a professional, but working with this paint was a breeze. The formula is designed to level out beautifully without leaving roller or brush marks. I followed the mixing and application instructions, and everything went smoothly with no complications or drips.
• All-in-one package: What impressed me most about EPODEX is that the kit includes absolutely everything you need for the job. There’s no need to run to the hardware store looking for compatible rollers, brushes, or cleaning agents. From the paint and resins to masking tape and application tools—everything arrives ready to use in the package. It saves both time and money! Conclusion:
If you want to modernize your home at minimal cost—and without weeks of dust and having tradespeople in the house—EPODEX is the perfect choice. You get top-notch quality, excellent coverage, and a complete set of accessories all in one place. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I PUTED 2 cans of pait in bin,i bought it i opened it paint little bit and rest for NEXT DAY,in morning in became solid… I BOUGHT AGAIN ONE CAN,same… NEVER AGAIN I AM GONNA BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I was an upset customer due to some returning problem, but Epodex reacted immediately. Thank you for your great and fast reaction on my problem, I am truly satisfied.

Everything arrived as ordered but there was not enough pre cleaner and that left the end product looking awful and spotty and runny

This is my third time to buy,but this time it was resin and i love all your products, they are so easy to use....thanks alot.

I’ve to admit the products I used for bathroom renovation, went according to my expectations. I used 2k pu top coat with Wb and metallic pigments to paint the floor and even they don’t recommend to mix top coat with any pigments, the outcome is good, didn’t notice any difference in a structure of it. Pretty satisfied with a quality.

Great customer service, I would highly recommend!

Product is very good and easy to use.
I am in a middle of the restiration of 20 plus Windows and doors repainting from cherry brown to industrial grey. Results is awesome.
