Well, I can honestly say that I have spent over $5000 in the last couple of years with Drummond Golf at Dee Why!

On the 14/06/2026, I walked into the store to buy a pair of golf shoes. The gentleman who assisted me done a great job - I tried a number of shoes and in the end, I ended up buying a pair. They were perfect for size. When I went home, I tried them on and walked around the living room. That's when I noticed that the shoes' spikes were poking through the sole into the feet. That would make for a very uncomfortable walk over 18-holes, so I decided to return them a week later. The clerk asked me if I wanted a different pair or my money back. After identifying a different pair, same brand, the store didn't have the right size, I said I'll take store credit, whilst they were inquiring for new stock. A week later, I called the store and was told they can't get that model in my size anymore - size 11 btw. I then asked for my money back. They refused sighting store policy!! One day they have one policy, another day another policy. They are forcibly keeping my money and making me spend it in their shop now. I will never walk through their door ever again after this experience.

I bought a set of trident clubs for $700 in store. The putter makes a terrible pinging noise. When I complained the only offered a $30 refund on the putter. Very disappointing.

Every aspect of the purchase was great with no issues.

Quick online service

Ordered a new Taylormade Spider ZT Black limited edition putter online but when it arrived, it was only the standard model. Emailed them back and the next day, the correct putter was dispatched express post and arrived just in time to find its way under the Christmas tree. Cannot fault them for sorting out this minor issue and in the speed in which it was done. If only I got to keep the other putter 🤔!!!!

Purchased a good quality Taylormade golf glove online during the Black Friday Sale. Free delivery excellent.

I’ve bought clubs from them in shop and it’s been always a pleasure. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything. The shop in Alexandria in Sydney is particularly clean and good experience.

Great service and allowed me change gloves when I ordered Right instead of left.

The shoes were a ridiculous size that now need returning so costs me money so now no shoes and less money the whole experience has me further behind than before so just crap

Easy to puchade goods from drummond golf, the issue is not the purchase but the delivery that gets 1 star. Noone bothered to let me know that the delivery address only gets deliveries once a week. 10 mins out of ballarat.. really....

I was travelling in America and there was a great deal on ProV1's via an email to members. I called the store and they put a box aside for me and my daughter went and picked them up for me. Seemless transaction.

Your company representative listened to what I wanted and then was prepared to take the time to ensure I was very confident the clubs I purchased were the best for me

Never received the product, even when I left special instructions & contact Drummond Golf after the failed delivery to reconfirm my address.
I have never received a refund.
