Being new to the volleyball world, it quickly became apparent that my 17 yo daughter's running shoes were not going to work for volleyball...she needed actual volleyball shoes! After visiting many well-known stores in-person (Famous Footware, Dicks Sporting Goods, DSW, Asics, Nike, NB, etc.), as well as spending hours on-line, I stumbled across this site. It was literally the ONLY place I was able to find the shoes we were looking for! Granted this was 2 weeks into the season, however, there was literally nothing! Either stores didn't carry volleyball shoes, they were not in stock and were not ordering more, or the smallest size available was an 10!!! Direct Volleyball not only had the shoes we were looking for, they had a large variety of shoe types and size ranges. Shipping was a couple days longer than they had said...however, email updates confirmed that was a customs hold up which is not on them. They were exactly what we ordered, the correct size, fit perfectly (never been able to try them on), and held true to the defined characteristics! My daughter loves them! Her feet don't hurt and with the additional support of a mid-top, she is able to cut/jump more confidently! Very satisfied 😊

Overall my experience was good
Overall my experience was good. I was a little disappointed that we paid extra for the shipping and the package was delayed and arrived two days late. My daughter did not have her shoes for her first indoor tournament. I was able to follow the shipping and knew it was delayed several days in the same place so that helped me know that she would not have them in time. Once the package arrived, everything was good and I am happy with the purchase and the quality of the shoes was great.

I tried to cancel my order several times, by filling out a form and emailing the company, with no response and no cancel. I realized I no longer wanted the bag I ordered, as it was missing something essential to me wanting this specific bag, but now I’m stuck with it because they wouldn’t respond to my email.
