Worste possible parfume website out…
Worste possible parfume website out there, they offer cheap prices and promise fast delivery and you get your money traped for over 20 days locked until u get shipment that never arrive just so that you can apply for refund... Wouldn't recommend to anyone, just keep away from buying from them.

All scents I bought with Delooks are originals.
I started my perfume collections like 4 years ago, buy only with Deloox, I bought at least 50 scents, some cheap some really expensive.
All perfumes were till today originals and in perfect condition. 90% of my orders arrived in less than a week.
This year I bought already tree fake perfumes ( 2 with turkishsouq and 1 with Deal Guide) and they dont even answer to my claims!
The negative feeling when you realize you bought a fake perfume is terrible, specially with very expensive perfumes.
Thats why I continue buying with Deloox,
I only buy with other sites when Deloox dont have what I need......because is sold out...
Dont take risks.....
I am boiling...people have no shame, selling fakes is a crime.

Deloox - company that fails to take responsibility
Deloox,
I think your level of responsibility has reached the very bottom.
I will have to escalate the matter by lodging a formal complaint with the consumer protection authority.
I paid my order 5 October.
You sent me a wrong item (cheaper than I paid (NUMÉRO DE COMMANDE : 17464077)
You ignored all the emails I sent
I have no product I paid, nor my money.
It has been 3 weeks already since the order was paid.
The mistake is on your side, and you avoid by all accounts!

Disappointed – Possible counterfeit product and no authenticity guarantee
ordered Nishane Hacivat from Deloox.be expecting the real deal. However, the fragrance does not last at all, which is very unusual for this perfume. I became suspicious and contacted Nishane directly to verify the authenticity of the product.
To my surprise, Nishane informed me that Deloox is not an official retailer and that the product I received could very well be a counterfeit.
This is incredibly disappointing, especially for a high-end fragrance. There was no clear warning on the site that they are not authorized sellers, and the price wasn't low enough to raise any red flags initially.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from this site, especially for luxury or niche perfumes. Authenticity matters – and when it's not guaranteed, your money is at risk.

We purchase our perfumes from regular, reliable suppliers within the EU, which allows us to offer multiple brands at competitive prices. Although we are not an official reseller of Nishane, this does not mean that the product is counterfeit. Selling counterfeit items is prohibited by law, and we naturally comply with this.

They sent a damaged item / and or not new and it's impossible to be in contact with their customer care they litteraly don't answer mails. And of course somehow to return an item you need to be in contact with them so I cannot get my money back.
It's a scam company.

Terrible customer service
I recently made my first order on this website. I am a regular customer of other platforms like Notino, Iciparis and ai totally regret not ordering there this time. Their FAQs says they offer next day delivery in Belgium, the product itself said 1-5 days. I finally received the product a week after the purchase. I contacted the client service and got no answer for eight days, fearing I got scammed. I am giving them two stars and not one because I finally received the product. I will surely never buy there again since I value customer service and transparency. Spend your money elsewhere.
