I love the platform and have been buying wonderful and unusual ephemera for over three years. But the exorbitant charges - £22.50 per transaction - now mean that I can no longer use the platform. I hope they reconsider this crazy policy. A real shame.

As a collector of vintage postcards, I can say one thing: it is always a pleasure to shop on Delcampe. I always spot something interesting for my collection. I have never been disappointed, and every single transaction went perfectly, both from the seller's side and the Delcampe service itself. Thank you, and I highly recommend it!

I have been a happy customer on Delcampe for years, but sadly due to the new €25 fee they have added I will no longer be using the platform, I buy low price ephemera and photos, usually spend between £5 and £20 so this new fee will mean it's not financially viable for me to continue buying on there. Very sad and disappointing

Navigation, Delivery, the Seller's Assistance were all top rated. Payment, however, was a bit of a corn maze (or, erm, maize maze).

Whenever I buy something off Delcampe, everything goes smoothly. Packages are tracked, payments registered properly, no hassle with sellers. I'd be happy if all auction sites would have that same service level.

The site offers a wide variety of items for collectors and features a user-friendly interface, making purchasing and payment quick and easy. Product delivery is fast and secure.

Excellent service, excellent seller

In the beginning it was hard to find how the system worked ... but once I found the location of all the buttons... it was smooth sailing and a pleasurable experience. (I joined a few years ago now... drifted to somewhere else, than came back)

Buyer paying fees, but when the packaged is lost, they do not care to help you solve it out, they says its bettwen you and seller

Delcampe damaged my trust by outsourcing its feedback mechanism to an unknown third-party aggregator (Skeepers/Avis Vérifiés/Verified Reviews) that communicates through poorly written emails. This external system operates in a data silo and fails to sync with my Delcampe’s actual purchase history, resulting in dead links and a total disconnect from the specific items I bought. This architecture led me into a customer support loop with the support of the third party, which resulted in a generic rating that misses the context of the Delcampe transaction.

I find Delcampe easy to use, especially as Australian is my first language. I love that it includes many countries not found elsewhere plus the sellers are always good to deal with, that is, they are friendly. Prices of items are very competitive which is great, considering the exchange rate with the Australian dollar can sometimes be prohibitive. Postage costs are always reasonable and do not include "money-grabbing" notions such as "international shipping fees" that is - export/import fees. Often the shipping costs more than the item - who is going to pay that ? - not me! On the rare occasion I've needed assistance from your help line I love that I'm talking to a real person. Please keep it that way. Having to go through the process where the AI doesn't understand and then have to go through it again with a real person is enormously frustrating. The Delcampe website is very easy to use when searching for something. Occasionally, I get frustrated when I don't know exactly what something is called in Europe. This isn't very often and have actually found some items which I may not have found before. All in all Delcampe suits me very well and I will continue to use it.

I buy low-cost ephemera and this now means that I can no longer use the platform as the fees are extortionate. I suppose it’s because of tariffs but it’s extremely disappointing and a great loss.

Based on my experience so far, I can only recommend it. Smooth, correct!

While some sellers are reliable, others are simply scammers. Don't expect any help from Delcampe in those cases, so I cannot recommend this platform.
